I bought a hammock and tarp. Both were dispatched super quick. There was a small manufacturing issue with the hammock. Grace at DD was amazing and resolved it super fast. the replacement arrived the following day. DD ARE AMAZING!!

Another excellent purchase from DD Hammocks, this certainly is a company to rely on. My new 3x3 MC tarp arrived less than 24hrs after ordering and that's with standard shipping. Always a quality product. Well done DD.

I rarely write reviews—I usually don’t have the time or inclination. If something’s fine, I just leave it be, and if it isn’t, I simply shop elsewhere. But DD Hammocks really stand out and absolutely deserve a 5-star review. Their products are of amazing quality, clearly made with pride, and they’ve become a champion brand for tarps here in the UK.

I’m no tarp expert, but I’d recommend having one in any casual camping setup. Customer service is also first-class—when there was a delivery issue, they sorted it out immediately with no quibble, and I had my order the very next day. Outstanding company.

As an EU customer ordering from the UK, I was really impressed with how smoothly everything went with DD Hammocks. They fully handle tax and customs for EU deliveries, which saved me a lot of hassle. No surprise charges or paperwork, everything just arrived as promised.

I had made a mistake with my email address during the order, but their team fixed it quickly and reassured me about the customs process.

When my order arrived (DD Frontline, Whoopie Sling and a Tarp), I discovered a small hole in the tarp. After a quick and friendly email exchange, they immediately sent a replacement free of charge. You can't ask for better customer service than that.

I've had the gear set up for over a week now, including 5 days of nonstop rain, and I stayed completely dry and comfortable the whole time. You can feel the quality and durability.

Fast delivery great tarp well worth the money

I bought the cord in place of para cord, in order to repair a Lafuma directors chair. The stuff was really easy to use. It is a great repair, and strong. Another thing not going to landfill, and will live to be sat on for a good few years yet.

I have had several items off DD hammocks, tent poles, tarps and there family pyramid tent. The stuff is light weight and good value for money. Always found them very helpful with quick delivery

Super fast delivery. The hammock is a big upgrade to the cheapo one I’ve had for years and as a result much more comfortable. The separate bit to insert a sleeping pad is a game changer for me. I was warmer and more comfortable overall. I’m happy to recommend their products and service.
