I ordered a piezo igniter on the Supplies Depot Website for my home’s WaterHeater on Tuesday, July 21 and received the igniter on the afternoon of July 23.
The new piezo igniter worked perfectly and the WaterHeater is back online.

I ordered a part from Supplies Depot for my natural gas wall heater. They sent the right part, but it was non-functional. When I went through their return protocol, they informed me they wouldn't take the defective part back, nor provide a refund. I wish I'd never done business with Supplies Depot.
Supplies Depot sent me a defective blower wheel and would not refund or exchange. I made the claim 3 days after delivery.
I purchased a motor and blower wheel for a Goodman GMP125-4 furnace. After installing the new parts, the entire furnace shook from vibration as well as noise that I immediately noticed. I called Supplies Depot and the person said the parts are not returnable because they require a licensed HVAC pro to install which I’m not but I am a retired Automotive Tech. I explained that this job could not be more simple and straightforward, remove the old motor and wheel from the blower housing then install the new parts. I said that the problem could only be the motor or the wheel. Guy said that’s our policy. Another person heard our conversation and took over, he repeated the same then suggested I speak to Goodman Technical Support and gave me the phone number. Tech support person agreed with me that it was a simple remove and replace procedure and either the motor shaft is bent (highly unlikely) or the wheel is out of balance which i agreed. However he could not vouch for me because I’m not licensed.
So, I purchased another wheel from a different vendor and installed it myself. Before I removed the wheel sold by Supplies Depot, I spun it by hand and it clearly has a wobble which I recorded on video. NO vibration or noise from the second one I purchased. The original blower wheel from Supplies Depot is DEFECTIVE that they refuse to refund or exchange. So I purchased a replacement from a different vendor, installed it and it worked perfectly.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sold me a defective part and wouldn’t exchange or refund.
Never received order for 400 US and pics of delivery doorstep does not match mine -sent them pictures of this and and will look into to give me my.money back or another order
On another order sold me expedited shipping and it took 8 days -falsely selling me a service that cannot be provided -company should be outnof business because they rip the customer off
