Took a long time to receive even though I payed for shipping

Easy to order desired product. Order processing, shipping, tracking, and receipt accomplished.

Maybe when you say the item is out of stock and going to be coming, i dont know, NEXT TIME TELL ME IT IS COMING FROM EUROPE. The item has done more traveling than the actors from EUROTRIP. Srill don't have my order.

Said it was confirmed but then said on back order. Still no word on shipment!

I was a little worried about ordering Wolf Garten tools from Ireland to be shipped to the US, especially after seeing a bad review here, but I wanted quite a few that I just couldn't get any other way. I communicated with them several times via WhatsApp, and always got prompt, thorough and courteous responses. International shipping was very reasonable. I'm not sure what the bad review is all about: The site doesn't provide tracking numbers, but they'll tell you if you ask. If you plug that number into their tracking page, it takes you to the correct place, but why bother anyway - just go the shipper's website or use their app. I had no issues either way. I placed 2 orders, to save on shipping. One was shipped immediately, the other took a few days because an item wasn't in stock. My experience with chainsawlawnmower.com was completely transparent, honest and fair. They even worked with me on the second order by allowing me to add some items to it while waiting for the out of stock item, which only took a week to resolve. I'd give them 3 thumbs up if I had a spare hand.

DO NOT BUY FROM chainsawnmower.com! This is a 100% fraudulent website. I placed an order on March 29th for Husqvarna parts and paid for Express Shipping. After weeks of delays and excuses about "out of stock" items, they finally sent me a tracking number.
The evidence of their scam:
1. Fake Tracking: The UPS tracking number they provided (1ZE7707HFC41464034) is for a shipment delivered to Burgettstown, PA, USA, while I am located in Europe.
2. Fake UPS Website: They link you to a fraudulent tracking domain (wweconomy.ups.com) which is a spoofed site, not the official UPS website.
3. Delay Tactics: They constantly promise delivery "in 6-7 days" just to stop you from contacting your bank to dispute the transaction.
I have reported this to my bank and the police. If you have been scammed by them, contact your bank immediately for a fraud claim. Avoid at all costs!

The company replied below claiming they don't ship to Europe and that I am confused. However, 'Shane' from GartenJardin.com literally emailed me asking to remove the reviews on BOTH the GartenJardin and ChainsawLawnmower Trustpilot pages. This proves beyond a doubt that both websites are operated by the exact same group of scammers. Nice try, but you are caught red-handed!

They were able to get a hard-to-find part from overseas for me and pretty quickly!

At first I was skeptical ordering from another country especially at the price I got it. They send tracking right away and product came quick! They are awesome. Highly recommend this company!

What a great company to deal with .. I’m in Australia and the part I need is not available here anymore.. the customer service was so great to speak with and we have the part I need in transit and at a wonderful shipping rate .

Hey, life is not perfect, I placed an order, turns out some items out of stock.
Was quickly contacted and informed and offered refund of entire order wait.

These folks are easier to do business with than many of the companies I have dealt with here in the US - you would think being located in Ireland would delay shipping but I received the correct parts in a timely fashion for a fair price and the quality is excellent. I could no longer find the filter and pre-cleaner I needed in the store where I bought the mower - thanks Chainsawlawnmower.com for being there when I needed hard to find parts!

I searched for the part I ordered at so many different places and in my search Chainsaw lawnmower popped up and I'm glad it did. When no one else had the part I needed you did. I was skeptical at first because of the distance but it arrived at a timely manner. Exact part I needed.

I was all ready for a new blade on my electric Snapper mower but you wrote that it was out of stock. You did promptly issue a full refund. What would turn 3 stars into 5 would be for you to notify me when you do have one to send me. I spent a good deal of time searching for the right part at the right price. I'm not going to repeat that process any time soon and wish I would get notification from you.
