Can't review am item that was never recieved!
Placed my order for next day delivery but 2 days later still no delivery.
I emailed to see when my order would be delivered and I received an apology email and they decided to cancel my order. Would have been nice if I was asked if I wanted to cancel the order. Still waiting for my refund to be returned.
UPDATE
Thank you for the reply and I was unaware of the reason this was why the item was cancelled as it was never mentioned in the email so thank you for explaining this to me.

Hello Eileen, we only do next day delivery on items that we have in stock, we would have been unable to dispatch your order for an extended period so we believed the best decision was to cancel your order. We informed you of our decision and apologised. I don't believe this is one star service.
We never took your payment as we would have only charged your Amazon account when we shipped. As we had to cancel your order we never took payment as we never shipped.
We understand your disappointment that the turntable wasn't able to be shipped quickly but this is surely not one star service?

Anthony strikes again!
After my recent review I went back to Superfi,and Anthony,to upgrade my hifi system,and again they could not have been more helpful.He had the patience to explain a lot of technical stuff to me and the options available.This meant I could buy what I needed with total confidence.My message to anyone wanting to buy audio equipment is to try these people,(and Anthony of course).You will not find better.

Excellent customer service
I've wanted a turntable for many, many years and was looking for an entry level/mid range unit with HiFi speakers, I spoke to Antony on the phone who took the time to explain such helpful information about calibrating the counter weight to avoid any potential damage as this was all new to me, he made me feel like a valued customer and feel comfortable to go through beginner questions. Highly recommend purchasing products from SuperFi, very knowledgeable with great customer service and high quality products.

Arrived within 36hours
Couple of company’s had tv at same price decided on this company as it’s be around for years and for free nexts day delivery pleased with tv would use again if a product is the right price.
