Sizes doesn't match between different…
Sizes doesn't match between different products. Ordered a hoodie and a shirt in same size and shirt was way too small compared to hoodie. The worst thing is that returning the shirt back form Finland costs about the half of shirts price.
Won't order anything from you again.

I recently made an online order and chose to use online banking to pay. At first it was somewhat confusing. It did not seem clear to me which iban number to use, who the payee was, and where to use the reference number. Anyway, I did receive help and fairly fast messages via email to clear it up.

In this order Superdry delivered me a men's coat where there was a huge hole inside the pocket. As I returned that to Belgium I had to pay almost 30euros for the delivery, and the only reason for the return delivery was an unacceptable product delivered to me.
I am very unhappy with this type of customer treatment, and will buy from superdy only if my children do not accept anything else in the future. Very bad experience from delivery perspective. I think it's outrageous to make customers pay for your own mistakes. Bad service.

Everything went well from ordering and payment to delivery. I paid with wired transfer. They sent me notification that the payment has arrived next day. I also received several status updates to know exactly where the shipment was.

Good service, product, and fast shipment. Only problem is, that the package was in Finland in about two days, it took almost a week after that to reach its goal. Suppose that's not originally the company's fail.. :)

The shopping experience was nice
The shopping experience was nice, webpage was clear and easy to follow. Products came in time but a big negative issue is that you need to pay all the expenses when returning products. Sending packages from Finland to abroad is very expensive and if I would have known that return wshould br covered by the customer (my own fault that I didn't check this before ordering) I would have not ordered since it is too risky.
