Slow and tedious
I bought an everest jacket online and after 6 days without receiving any tracking information I contacted them to see if my order was moving forward. They told me that they didn't have enough stock so they would reimburse my money. I was angry but I understood, so I went and I bought a different jacket, more expensive and in person this time.
Well, surprisingly enough, the first jacket arrived after 2 weeks and now, when I went to return it, I couldn't! Because the ONLY shop in my city is a franchise. So now I have two jackets...

Horrible return process
I wanted to send back one of my items so I purchased the return label. The website told me the request was being processed and a label would be sent to me shortly. 3 days later still no label had been sent to me so I checked again and was told to contact the customer service by an online chat bot. The customer service is only available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for a limited time so I had to wait a few days before I could get in touch with someone. On Monday around 10am I tried to contact the customer service but first wasn’t able to reach anyone. After finally reaching a customer service representative it took almost 40min to process my request since Superdry’s service portal kept collapsing and the customer service had to start over several times to create a label for me. I dropped off the package at the mail office but haven’t received any response or refund from Superdry yet. I will probably contact the customer service again in the next few days. I am very disappointed in the company and will not order again from their website

The 40 size fits perfectly. No need to be bigger, it could even be 38 size but it would not fit the arms. Everything was good!
