Best staff in Southsea
I shop in the Southsea store in Portsmouth and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and always well stocked and it’s great to visit a store where everyone provides the best customer service.

I went in Superdrug's today to have a look around the store. They had a good selection of stock. As I was looking around I could see that staff had headsets on. I was surprised to see that the store manager (Melissa) was speaking on the headset and just complaining about god knows what. She seemed to be speaking to her staff in a disrespectful manner. I myself am a team leader in retail but being spoken to like that from a store manager is completely unacceptable. Never the less, I bought a cream which I took to the till only to expect the price being higher than the ticket price. I had told the member of staff on the till but they seemed like they were not bothered. Staff in store seemed very unhappy. Superdrug Loughborough sort out your management!
