Sunset Cycles Reviews 

This was the forth bike my husband and I have had from Sunset and as usual the bike came within a day or so, was very well packaged and perfectly set up.
However after a couple of rides the Reverb seatpost developed a fault.
I called Sunset and as I only live 40 miles from the shop they sent a mechanic to my home the following day with a replacement post which they fitted there and then.

Have recently returned to cycling after an eighteen year hiatus.
Went into a couple of shops to research which bike would suit me best.
Sunset gave me the best advice and service.
Jason was more than helpful in helping me decide on which bike to go for
(even after my barrage of questions, and several telephone calls).
And Gavin went out of his way to find me a pair of wide fitting spd shoes.
Very pleased.
Will definitely return !

I was shopping around for a particular mountain bike and found a few companies online who could supply it. I chose this company to buy through because they were particularly helpful, rang back when they said they would and went that extra mile to make sure I was getting the right frame size etc,. I ordered the bike, although my husband was all doom and gloom about having to build it and set it up. However, it arrived quickly and it was relatively straightforward to assemble as the company prebuilds it at the warehouse and tweak it all beforehand so there is very little to do. Even my husband was impressed! I now have just the bike I wanted, at a good price, the only drawback being that my teenage sons have also fallen in love with it and want new bikes too!
