No customer support for paid subscribers

I am on a paid subscription via my mobile. Setting up my new device and trying to log into suno witj my number. I am not receiving the text with cide to log in even though my number is fully active and there are no career restrictions. I contacted suno support. Both times got an automated response bascally telling me you are stuffed and we wont do anything. There is no real human. A paid subscription should at the very least entitle you to human support. This is very dissapointing. Does anyone know a better app?

Terrible customer service

Twice now I've locked myself out of my account by entering the wrong login details. That's completely on me.
The first time, it took Suno a couple of weeks to respond before I was finally able to regain access. At the time, it was only a one-month subscription, so I let it go.
I later renewed with an ongoing subscription, and unfortunately made the same login mistake again. Once again, my fault. The difference this time is that I've now been locked out of a paid account for six days, and apart from the initial AI-generated email telling me what to do, I haven't received a single response from Suno.
It's beyond frustrating that a company valued at around $5 billion can provide customer service that is this poor. There seems to be no urgency, no communication, and no regard for paying customers who simply need access to an account they're actively being billed for.
I'm now left with no choice but to contact my bank for advice on blocking the automatic subscription payments because I refuse to keep paying for a service I can't access and for which I can't get any meaningful support.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I expected far better from a company of this size, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing.

So frustrating

I've worked on the app for over a hundred hours, learning how to get my ideas to come to life. Now I can no longer log in and their answer is "It's a bug on our end, sorry". So disappointing. So frustrating.

No support at all

No support at all. Always tries to get my money, no matter how much I cancel the subscription. It even succeeded once. Nobody answers on support line by e-mail. It's impossible, how difficult is it to get a few guys answering e-mails?

Very disappointing

**Very disappointing compared to my experience in the beginning**

Suno AI was very useful for me when I first started using it around mid-March. I used it regularly until around mid-June, but my experience gradually became much worse.

The generations started becoming less consistent and, more importantly, I began having issues with my own music being flagged as copyrighted material when uploading it for generation. These were tracks that I had produced myself, yet Suno would sometimes reject them as copyrighted content.

This became a major problem for my workflow. I had become accustomed to using Suno to generate ideas and extract certain elements that I could incorporate into my own production process. Once these uploads started being rejected, it made that workflow much more difficult.

I was also disappointed with the customer support experience. When I contacted support, I received responses that did not properly address the issue. I followed up with explanations, screenshots, and evidence, but in some cases I never received a meaningful follow-up response.

On top of that, I experienced issues with subscription billing, including attempts to charge my card after I had cancelled my subscription. That was particularly frustrating.

Overall, my experience with Suno was quite good in the beginning, but it has deteriorated significantly over the past few months. The generation quality, copyright detection, customer support, and billing issues have made the platform much harder for me to use.

Based on my current experience, I would not recommend subscribing to Suno at this point. I hope they improve these issues because the platform was genuinely useful to me when I first started using it.

SUNO, You know, No no, No Go

SUNO is outstanding if you want AI to overrule every decision you've made in the form of well-structured prompts. The UI is window-dressing. The SUNO AI is perhaps the worst drifting model among the released LLMs. Total garbage. Try to generate a track that starts with 45 seconds of no instruments, just subsonic bass. Cannot be done. Because SUNO wants to write its OWN songs and not the song it was given via time-intensive prompt creation.

And what does SUNO do? What every other AI company on the planet does. "AI makes mistakes". That's the should shrug from the 3-card monty dealers as they pocket our money.

I'm building a different AI. And I already have the mechanism built to control ANY and ALL of them so that they cannot lie, they cannot hallucinate, they cannot drift, and they cannot forget...ever. ASCERTAIN. One of a kind. And coming soon.

Suno support is incompetent

Everything started out great. Then they started adding updates. Now I have constant login issues. I cannot do any remixes in Studio because a stem has been stuck generating for over a week. I can no longer extract stems in Create. It gives an error saying it can't verify my request. So I go to Studio to extract stems, but can no longer download them as WAV file in Studio. It will only let me download MP3s. I have to go back to Create to download the WAVs. And all I get is excuses from support. I have to wait for the stem generation to time out... still waiting for over a week. Excuses for the logging issues. Excuses for the extraction issues. tired of the crap. I have a premium subscription that I cannot use. It is worthless because their support department can't fix anything. I spent 15 years in IT support management and my assessment... they are totally incompetent. If anyone has questions... I would be happy to forward copies of the emails from the last weeks.

Paid Pro feature unavailable for months…

Paid Pro feature unavailable for months — support confirmed the bug and then stopped responding

Since at least May 2026, my active annual Suno Pro account has been incorrectly limited to 60-second audio uploads. Any upload longer than 60 seconds fails with the message: “Upload failed. Upload stalled for 30 seconds, aborting.”

The problem occurs on Microsoft Edge and Android with normal MP3 files. Suno Support confirmed that my annual Pro subscription is active, that longer audio uploads are included in my plan, and that this is a technical entitlement issue connected to my account—not a plan restriction.

They also said they could not manually correct the problem and provided no estimated resolution date. After several follow-up messages, support stopped responding.

I am paying for a Pro feature that I have been unable to use for months. I am asking Suno to restore the correct upload entitlement and provide a subscription extension or proportional compensation for the period during which the paid feature was unavailable.

Suno has strong creative potential, but leaving a paying customer without an included feature, a timeline, or meaningful support for months is unacceptable.

Suno AI removed my paid Pro subscription after a Premier refund and has not responded

I was a paid Pro subscriber of Suno AI and was completely satisfied with the service.

Unfortunately, I accidentally clicked the button to upgrade to the Premier plan. The charge was processed immediately, even though I never intended to purchase that plan.

I contacted Suno Support requesting only a refund for the accidental Premier upgrade. The refund was processed, but my account was incorrectly downgraded to the Free plan, and I lost access to my paid Pro subscription.

Since then, I have sent multiple emails explaining the situation and requesting that my Pro subscription be restored. Unfortunately, I have not received any response, and my issue remains unresolved.

I use Suno AI professionally for my work, and this error has caused significant inconvenience because I no longer have access to the features I already paid for.

I am requesting that Suno AI immediately resolve this issue by either:

Restoring my paid Pro subscription, which was active before the accidental Premier upgrade; or
If that is not possible, issuing a full refund for my Pro subscription.

I hope Suno AI takes this matter seriously and provides a prompt and definitive resolution.

I paid money for a subscription

I paid money for a subscription, but decided I didn't want the subscription, so they took all my credits without me creating anything. They basically got free money in their pockets. I would never use them for anything. You want to throw away free money to them? Then go ahead. I at least should have kept the credits I paid for until they were used. This shows what kind of people you are dealing with... real scammers.

Data breach occurred in November 2025

Data breach occurred in November 2025. In July 2026, I learned of it from a third-party data breach detection service.

Suno AI have provided zero notification to customers whose data they failed to protect.

Dodgy scammy company that has failed the basics of data protection and customer trust.

High price and lax support

Price is high. Asked for a refund and cancellation of the subscription, support tells me they requested a refund for me, no update after 2 weeks, they didn't cancel my plan so they sent me another bill the month after.

All was good until I spent 10$
And still had 1500 credits for future spontaneous moments.
I got busy with work and just life and last night I had a little tube pop up in my head and took action to create that tune before I forgot about it and behold I had 50 credits and couldn’t use 5.5v … I was so disappointed to find out my credits don’t roll over .. so yea waste of 10$

Complaint Details

I purchased a one-year subscription through Suno’s official website and the payment was successfully completed using my credit card.

However, after approximately one month, my account was unexpectedly downgraded to the free plan even though my annual subscription should still be active. I lost access to the paid features that I had already paid for.

I contacted Suno Support by email and received an automatic reply stating that responses may be delayed due to a high volume of requests. Despite waiting, I have not received any meaningful response or solution, and my subscription has not been restored.

I paid for a full year of service and did not receive the service I purchased. I believe this is an unfair billing and customer service issue.

I can provide proof of payment, screenshots showing my account status, and copies of my email correspondence with Suno Support.

Desired Resolution

I request that Suno immediately restore my annual subscription for the remaining subscription period. If they are unable to restore the subscription, I request a full refund (or a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription).

I am unhappy with the service

I am writing this review because I have been unable to get a response from support. I purchased a subscription in April, but my account has not yet been upgraded to reflect this. I have sent multiple emails to support regarding this issue but have not received a reply.
Could someone please look into this or provide an alternative way for me to resolve this billing discrepancy? I would appreciate your help in getting this sorted out. Thank you
