I have never been with online site what tells you so many lies. I have been waiting to get my winnings since Sunday now it's Friday they said my bank has refused payment I have never heard so much rubbish in my live banks may cancel payments going out but not coming been on the phone all today asking for my refund and ain't getting no where they said they do a bank transfer and sent my details now I ain't had no reply what a load of .... Don't use the this site very poor poor

Withdrawing winnings like drawing blood from a stone
Site seemed kosher at first, until I tried to withdraw my winnings. I found my account had been withdrawal blocked without explanation. After eventually getting through to customer services I sent my identification documents as requested, but over 4 days later I'm told they haven't even been examined yet, though apparently I'm at the top of the queue. Yeah, right. I have never had such an obstructive experience with any other online bookies.

False Advertising and No Bonuses Received!
They were advertising in the Sun newspaper about their new betting site. Basically if you deposit £100, they give you another £100 free (with wagering of course). Clearly states '"Top up using promo code SUNCASINO today and we’ll credit your account **immediately**. It's that simple."
Deposited £100 to my Sun Casino account, no bonus added. Went on live support to be told "Connor: I can't add it due a system error. I understand that this is not ideal and we are looking to get this resolved."
I then thought, I'd cash-out my £100 and close my account. Oh no, if only it was that simple. You can't cash-out online!!! "Connor: The payments team are not currently in. They will be available at 9:00 tomorrow. I would be unable to withdraw your funds."
Being a weekend, nothing will move now until Monday morning. Then at least another 2-5 days before I get my money back.
AVOID SUN BETS! They mislead on their advertising both in print and online. Just don't deposit here you'll regret it!
