Oliver, Jacob and the summerhouse24 team have gone above and beyond to help us with our cabin. Very friendly and a pleasure to be a customer with them! The installation team were also lovely. Our cabin has been built and looks great. Overall a brilliant experience - thank you Summerhouse24!

Our cabin turned up in the rain but our delivery guy was so helpful and worked really hard to get it in a good place. The workers arrived and had the whole thing complete in 2 days.

I would honestly recommend Summerhouse24 to anyone. I am 100% pleased with the final product. Really good quality. From walking into the showroom to having the snooker room delivered and installed I could not find anything to complain about. I have assembled two similar but smaller buildings myself and although self explanatory and fairly easy I would still recommend the installation team . The team attended our site and never stopped working and completed the work completely to my satisfaction without fuss or any snagging. The guys were very helpful. I will use Summerhouse24 again.

The team in Newton Abbot have been extremely helpful, whilst I was looking for a modified design the communication flow was constant.
The goods arrived on time. I ca not comment yet on the quality of the assembly instructions

An awesome company.

First up - the customer service. I've never met a group of people who bend over backwards to help. Simple question? No problem. Copy of plans up front? Easy. Need to delay delivery for a month because my foundation is behind schedule? That's cool as well. Want to cancel the order and get something smaller because I apparently can't measure properly? Yup, they'll do that as well.

Next, delivery. On time but what was clearly the world's nicest delivery driver. Nothing was too much trouble, we shuffled stuff around the driveway to make it all fit, had a nice chat over a cup of tea, and no upset neighbours either! In fact, one neighbour slept through the beeping and whirring as several very large loads were placed in my driveway.

Now, installation. Unbeleivable. The Garden Room E, which is 7m x 4m was built in about six hours. The team of four were polite, friendly, worked hard, and left all the packaging in a neat pile at the end of the day. A handful of questions, but that was about it. No loud music, no shouting, just solid hard work as everyone knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing.

Finally, the cabin itself. It's rock solid. Everything was adjusted, so the windows don't stick, the doors close properly, there's no screws poking out. I'm still awaiting my own electrician to finish things off before I can move in and kit out, but I'm staggered at the speed they did this. Top job.

Well made, high quality buildings. From start to finish we have been very impressed. Callum, Jacob and John were very friendly and helpful. No pressure to buy. The buildings sell themselves and the staff just put the icing on the top! The three men who came to put up our building were polite and they constructed it to a high standard and were tidy. Would highly recommend SummerHouse 24.

10 /10 service from start to finish, log cabin arrived 3 weeks after order and built one week later, built in 2 days 8x5 cabin, excellent job 🤠😁

We’ve had Insulted Garden Office installed and absolutely love it.

Delivery was quicker than expected, the build took about 3.5 days and the team pulled long days to get it done. We were really impressed with their time keeping, they arrived before 8:30am and stayed til 6/7pm.

Communication was brilliant, they were prompt answering my emails and also our many questions.

We’ve already recommended the company to our friends who are looking for a garden office and will not hesitate to use them again.

We’ve just had our summer house / garden office (Fargo A) installed and love it. The delivery was quicker than expected and the install team did a great job getting it built within 1.5 days. Communication throughout was great, always someone to speak to and answer my many questions. We’ve already had a few compliments about how nice it looks, especially the roof!

Both the final product, in our case a large summer house, and the service to deliver and install it were totally excellent. Summerhouse24 kept us informed about delivery times and everything came as expected. The build construction was excellent in the product itself and the team of builders were great - they worked like trojans and had the building constructed within a day and a half, thanks to lots of coffee and lashings of Polish techno. The whole experience of the final build only served to make me even more angry that this country voted for Brexit, making it harder for consumers like me to receive a top quality service like we did from this team of cheery, hard-working and skillful immigrants.

Liam Summerhouse 3m x 6m. Bought March 2021 and all erected by June 2021.
Ordereing process very easy. Very good communicaction with Customer Service. Very large lorry delivered the summerhouse exactly as expected, while all the ancilliary parts arrived the previous week by Royal Mail. We paid for the installation service. 4 people arrived on the installation date, and after 6 hours we had a fully assembled summerhouse.
Overall, a very smooth proces. I would use again. Thanks
