Purchased a pergola and a rattan corner set at the end of last week. Easy to order online and excellent sales knowledge over the phone. Delivered within 7 days and delivery guys were very polite. I would recommend to friends and family.

What a con. I saw a sliding door side wall for my Titan pergola and couldn't believe the price. It was advertised as on sale and available on pre order. I ordered it and screen shot everything to make sure all was ok. A week later I hadn't heard from them so I called up and asked when I could expect my order only to be told the manufacturer couldn't fulfil the order. They refunded my money after sitting on it for a week. Its still on their website available to pre order! Beware

Good old fashioned customer service. From my initial enquiry to delivery, Summer & Winter were a pleasure to deal with. Parasol & base weights were of good quality at a nice price. Recommended highly.

Best price for a Large Prestige Rattan Storage Box and communication regarding size, was good. However,courier service used in Bristol terrible! Needs to be addressed! Ordered on 19th March via Internet,but had to call 22nd to find out when dispatching as heard nothing. Was told dispatching 25th. Received a call on Thurs 28th from Safe Transport in Bristol, to say not delivering over Easter, so delivery would be Tuesday 2nd. I had to call Safe Transport at 3pm, told delivery 4-5pm, then get a call from guy in Basildon at 3.45pm, saying courier not delivering as driver gone home sick, delivery now Wednesday. Phoned Safe Transport Wednesday morning 9.30am, told 1st drop, so 10.30 - 11.00 am. At 11.45am I rang again, told driver had puncture, hopefully next half hour. (Thanks for letting me know, he'd be late). At 12.15 arrives, but took 15 minutes, with my help, to get it off lorry. Driver then spent another 20 minutes on my driveway reorganising his next delivery! Apart from delivery, box put together and happy.

Brilliant service and so happy with my fire pit set. Delivered within 5 days so very satisfied. Delivery drivers called when half hour away.
