The quality of the materials used — you just won’t find it in ready made stores - because it is top quality.
The craftmanship is excellent, but what about the fit?
I tried it on, and.. it fit just perfectly !
I am genuinely excited with my new purchase.
Although there are many high quality fabrics to pick from, I would appreciate more pattern shapes and fabrics that are not targeted mainly for the business woman.
As this is a made to measure process, I would advise to give measurements as accurate as possible as this is the key to success. The measurement instruction's are very clear and simple.
Owning a few sumissura items will definately upgrade anyone’s wardrobe.
I would definately repurchase.

Great quality and customer service
The quality of tissues is great and the suit + shirt arrived on expected timing.
Fitting of trousers and shirt was excellent; I had an issue with the fitting of the jacket and my experience with the customer service was top notch: not only they were responsive, but also proactive into asking if I had the chance to visit a tailor before the claim period ran out. I can only recommend, great value for money.

Extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sumissura.
I ordered tailored trousers, yet what arrived was significantly oversized and unwearable. The fabric quality is very poor, flimsy, and bears little resemblance to what was presented online. The product is not fit for purpose and does not justify the price.
This was my first order and will be my last. Based on this experience, I would not trust the quality control or tailoring standards of this company and would not recommend it to others considering made to measure clothing.
I am currently seeking a refund and hope the matter is handled promptly and professionally.

Excellent tailored slacks
I ordered 2 pairs of slacks. I really like them! I am only 5’ tall but not really “petite”, just short legs (my proportions are not petite, and petite sizing is often too short in the rise). These pants were custom made to my measurements and they fit so nicely. The drape is nice and there are no tight spots or loose spots. I have never found off-the-rack clothes that fit, I’m so excited! It is one thing to hem for length, but to have no gaping waist, no places too tight or too loose throughout the hip and thigh, these are marvelous. The craftsmanship is good, the seams are clean and neat, no loose threads, and the zippers and clasps feel well made. I have no concerns about the quality. The fabric also feels good quality. My order took about 2 weeks to arrive (which I think was what I was originally quoted).

It's a very counterintuitive website, with orders for different people being unable to be placed in a single order. It is difficult to make sure that the measurement profiles you create for people are aligned with the correct garment, leading to easy mistakes. Be very careful.

Sadly, I lost all trust in this company
This is the second time I ordered jeans from Sumisura. All was good the first time, no issue with the product.
This time however, I received a pair of jeans with measurements that are completely off and in a color that differs vastly from what was shown on the website.
I've been stuck with costumer support for weeks now. My experience has been that I've been asked illogical questions and received illogical replies.
I was asked whether a tailor could fix the issues, while biggest issues were the color discrepancy and the very low rise of the jeans.
I've been told that they think I've provided a wrongful measuring regarding the rise - but there was no option to give a measurement for that in the ordering proces, so I can't be responsible for thar. I assumed they had calculations that would take the rise into account. Only when I opened the support request was it possible to even provide that specific measurement. When I point this out it is not addressed.
The worst is regarding the color. I was expecting a warm toned beige color with white stitching as shown in their preview, but I received a cold-toned, white pair of jeans. The company tries to explain it away by saying that slight variations in nuance are to be expected and that, just like a color can vary depending on lighting and angle, so it also can vary in their visualisation on the preview. The discrepancy is so big that it makes no sernse to explain it away with "different lighting".
In lack of a better word for it, I've been given the threat/ultimatum that they will close my support request unless I agree to their perfect fit guarantee - meaning that I either have the pants remade in a different color (although I only wanted the specific color I thought I would be getting) or I'm to pay a fee a different style of pants and will just have to hope that the color on that product will actually be a true representation.
I just wish I could get my money back at this point, since the product I ordered literally doesn't exist colorwise.
I really wish I could recommend this company, I loved the first order. But this proces has made me lose all trust in this company. I don't feel taken seriously at all.

The website was very clear and efficient. It was easy to use and not confusing at all. There was a great range of options for things like colour, style, material etc. However the measurements system was slightly confusing (maybe change its placement in the order of customisation?)

Deceptive Practice
Funny. Sumissura sent me an email, asking me to give them a review. I guess they are ignoring my grievance. I ordered from the Canadian specific site and was charged in American dollars. It is not stated on the invoice or check out. You only find out when you get your Visa statement. My order ended up being an ADDITIONAL $285! To make it worse, the exchange rate they charge is criminal!!! This was a shock and I would not have ordered as many things as I did, had I known it was all priced in US dollars. They responded to tell me that it is stated on the product page and invoice. I checked again. It is not. This is deceptive practice and I will never order from them again.

I have just gone through the entire process again and I have captured screenshots. It DOES NOT say US Dollars. On the product page or the check out. I have shared them with you via email. Wish I could post them here. Clearly there are issues with your website that affect the end consumer. Yes, not divulging that you are charging me in US dollars is "frustrating" as you put it. Instead of honouring the price in Canadian dollars, you have emailed me asking me to take my review down or you will report it. I have supporting proof. Don't threaten your customers!!

Canadian Buyers Beware!!!
Canadian buyers beware! The prices are in US dollars and I didn't realize that until I got my Visa statement which was $285 more than what I thought I had paid due to the exchange! They told me it is clearly stated on the invoice. I checked again and it simply has the dollar sign. No mention of US dollars. When I contacted them, the response was that it's too late, your order has been placed. I ordered on the Canadian website. Why have a country specific site if it is not in their currency??? This is a great way to scam your customers into paying more without them knowing until it's too late. If you're considering purchasing from them, check out their terrible reviews on the Better Business Bureau website. Wish I'd have read them before ordering. Buyer Beware!!!

These empty responses frustrate me. I have provided my invoice and screen shots of my process. There was no mention of US dollars on any screen! They continue to send me emails to shop more with them! When I click on the link, there is still no sign of US dollars. They have not refunded me the difference and they have obviously not fixed their website to inform Canadians.

I love the custom coat design experience! Since my purchase was a gift for my sister, I was a little nervous about the measurements portion of the process but the questions they asked made it a breeze. So, I didn't have to figure out how to slyly ask my sister for her measurements.
