This phone was delivered promptly only slight use of wear on edge of casing, screen looked new. Works well so far & takes my previous sim. Very happy with the product. Not the first time I've purchased from this Co.
Bought a set of AirPods 2 refurbished. They were meant to have slight wear on them however they are in perfect working condition. The postage was really quick and pricing more than competitive with Music Magpie where I shopped in the past.
I bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1" 2019 from StudentComputers which was two-thirds the price compared to the High Street (and Amazon!). The delivery was excellent - much faster than I expected. The item was well packaged and was still in its original box. I would not hesitate to buy from the company again.

So easy and hassle free. Bought an iPhone SE 2020 256GB at an insane price in A- Refurbished condition with 12 months warranty. I have no idea what the A- is for because it arrived spotless, has no scratches, blemishes, literally pristine, in original box and with original accessories. Arrived very quick with DPD delivery too. I ordered it at 2AM, was dispatched the very next day and arrived in 2 days well wrapped.
I have bought 2x A+ Apple Watches from them and they were pretty much brand new with dented boxes. Brilliant saved £100s

bought a refurbished phone, A- (light scratches, otherwise fine) and it was delivered to me in Sweden, the same week. it turned out there were no scratches at all so I´m super happy.
Detected an issue, got good service, and it turned out I just had to turn it off and on again.
Ordered the Apple AirPods generation 2 with a quality grade of ‘A-‘ which is advertised as having minimal scratches which i was a happy with and the pricing was good. However when they came their quality was more of a C grade - covered in scratches and teeth marks and still dirty! As well as this the delivery fee to Northern Ireland is very pricey.
Yet to get a response as nobody will answer the phone and the website appears to be down.

Hiya Holly, yeah I rang both 0121 202 0099 and 01212020022 neither gave me any answer sat on the phone with it ringing for about 5 minutes.
I have seemed to have gotten an email about returning it but I want the AirPods but surely this isn’t the correct quality?

One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with.
I bought an A- Macbook 6 months. 1 month ago the screen suddenly stopped working. I sent it back to get it fixed and they instantly sent it back saying its not covered under the warranty and that it would cost over £500. Tried to blame it on me and on a tiny dent that was already there when I purchased it.
Just went to the apple shop now and they fixed it free of charge. The least Student Computers can do is refund me for the Royal Mail postage from when I sent them my laptop. They won't even do that - avoid this company if you want things to be fixed.

Ordered a Samsung S9 in A+ condition. delivered promptly, everything was fine except the screen was slightly misaligned with the case. I called customer services, who were very helpful, returned the phone and received it back within 3 days all perfect. A happy customer.
I don't know why but I was skeptical ordering from Student Computers. Something was niggling me.
I went ahead as the price was good, and I could get it quicker.
I have to say I am glad I ordered it from Student Computers as the service was flawless. Easy ordering process and quick delivery (admittedly I had to pay for next day which is not normal nowadays - but hey ho).
It arrived promptly the following day, packaged well so all good.
Will order again when I need something. Thanks!
