Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable staff that have solved any issues we have had be it software or hardware. Prompt response which I'm sure everybody wants to have when they have an issue, very polite and helpful staff, I can highly recommend String Systems to any business requiring IT help, based on our own past experiences.

As a business we felt really let down
As a business we felt really let down, especially by the so-called senior management team (Steve Pickering). For us a business working with suppliers who have a moral compass that points due north, is a fundamental. Unfortunately, Strong Systems do not share that value.
