Customer service from this garage is shocking. They never charged me the correct amount then chased me up for the remaining payment. No phone call ever I had to phone every time as apparently it’s all sent in a video link which did not work. Not even so much as a hover of the car or a wash which most garage do even Arnold Clark. Would never use this garage again.

Repair prices 2025
Generally a good experience, arrived and was booked in within minutes by Kate, into courtesy car and on my way.
My car was in for an A service which was carried out promptly, some repairs were needed but the price quoted was ridiculous.
Offer returning customers a reasonable discount on repairs and retain their business.

It’s not been a good experience, first of all only one key works ,then no mats or parcel shelf , then mats appear and don’t fit car ,tyres are bald on outside edge on two front ones , asked about this to see if they’ve been tracked but had no reply yet , just not what you expect from a big brand like Mercedes Benz

They did a service, but the car failed MOT
They did a service, but put the car through the MOT without doing the necessary work, which I had already approved!!!! Of course the car failed the MOT….. sheer incompetence!
I have no faith in this organisation now!!!!!!
