Great service, Derwyn and Luke dealt with me with great patience, I'm very slow when buying a car this took nearly four hours , they were very good to get me to the deal I
happy with. They had car recleaned after delivery as it wasn't up to normal standard but I needed car , lent me a car whilst this was done. Best buying experience.

Better services and better value than others.
We are lucky we have multiple different dealers within 30 miles but I keep buying from Doncaster as they are cheaper and offer better service.

This is the top class BMW dealership in Doncaster.

A Stratstone BMW customer for the past 8 years - X1 then current X3. All servicing at Stratstone Doncaster - generally very happy with the service and support team. The condition reporting is good and the wear data provides useful guide to when things need doing. Good to see initiatives such as original parts discounts for older vehicles, All in all value for money for safe and reliable motoring.

Awful communication. I received a notice on the app saying my front tyres needed looking at so I booked in at 9.30. I explained that I would be waiting for the car.
5 hours later I saw my car being brought back into the car park. After another 30 minutes of waiting I enquired at the service desk for an update. They then told me the tyres were ok for another couple of months.
Why not book my car in at 2 o clock if instead of 9.30 if they were going to take 5 hours just to look at it?
My previous car was an Audi and they were brilliant in comparison

My X3 is the first BMW I have ever bought. From buying the car to returning it now for a recall (now 6 months old with 2,200 on the clock) I have found the staff at Stratstone to be exemplary. Nothing has ever been an inconvenience or too much trouble. I have occasionally asked for assistance (so many bells and whistles on the M40I) but it is never a problem. Exemplary says it all.

Great dealership. It's was an absolute pleasure to deal with the team in Doncaster. Everyone was very professional and helpful from the staff to the managers. I genuinely felt like they were going above and beyond to help me with my new purchase. I'm also happy with the price I received for my part exchange. I think it was fair, and they don't try to rip you off like some other dealerships around. I would highly recommend doing business with Stratsrone BMW in Doncaster if you are looking for your next car.

It was a really stress free experience. From the test drive to picking the spec and colour. I was well looked after from start to finish. The sales staff were extremely professional and helpful.

I purchased a lovely car from BMW Stratstone Doncaster. The purchase process was great however...
I PXd a car with them had to chase (multiple times) for
1) The return of my deposit
2) Confirmation they paid the finance off on the PX
3) The new V5C - DVLA confirmed they had NOT been notified so I had to do a form (4 weeks after purchase).
1 star removed for each issue

Overall a great service experience, 1st time at this dealership - car was spotless on pick up which was a nice touch loving the all round lower motoring costs the new 1 series offers!! - After ditching JLR for a more affordable option, all without buyer’s remorse !

Fantastic all through my stay

Craig was fantastic throughout my entire experience with BMW Doncaster. He kept me informed throughout the purchasing process, answered any questions I had, and was happy to communicate directly with my finance provider to ensure all was ready for vehicle pick up. He even came in on his day off to ensure that pick up went smoothly!
