I waited nearly two weeks for the item…

I waited nearly two weeks for the item to arrive and when it did it had a small hole in its leg. I didn't bother to return the item as it had taken so long to receive in the first place and I will have to repair it myself. This was a gift for a my son and he was a little disappointed.

Rip off

Received. It is not Jellycats and is crap. Donkey looked like someone took dryer lint and stuck it on a frame. Return rules are so in detail that Noone could ever do it. The 2 stuffed animals plus the free piece of crap awful looking cheap thing was stuffed in a plastic bag that wasn't big enough for 1 animal. Everything was squashed and eyes were messed up. Why are there people in the world that make a living hurting little children?

Absolutely DO NOT buy from this…

Absolutely DO NOT buy from this company. Making out they are legit jellycats when they aren’t. Even when I asked on the live chat after placing my other they assured me they are real! The tags are incorrect and one of them doesn’t even have a name on the tag! Absolutely disgusting how people can do this. I have lost out on £95 now and presents for my autistic son for Christmas. I have emailed but very doubtful I will get anything back. I will be making sure to research every single place I buy from in the future.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. bought 3 jelly cats of this company. (Cost me over £100) to find out they were all fake when arrived. I asked for a refund and it was accepted but I was told to return the items to china which was gonna cost me nearly another £100 pound. Looked a bit deeper into it and turns out they want me to return them to a plain field in the middle of nowhere in china. This company are scammers and take your money for fake items!!’
