Cancelled order

My order was dispatched and then I had an email a few days later saying that the order has been cancelled due to my request - which I never did.

Extremely Poor quality

Was sent timmy turtle, paid $83+ for this toy. Recieved in poor condition his arm has been sewn back on by hand with white cotton and is about to fall off. I asked for a resolution and was offered minimal ie small % off next purchase. I do not want another purchase i wanted an intact timmy for my daughters birthday. Very poor service. Ample time has been given for a resolution. Not happy at all

Don’t think Jellycat is Genuine.

I thought I was buying a genuine jellycat but this clearly isn’t. Should have read the reviews beforehand I guess as lots of other people made the same mistake. Won’t be buying from them again.
