Kate McCarthy was my solicitor today
Kate McCarthy was my solicitor today. I bombarded her with questions ahead of the appointment which she covered thoroughly with me and explained how a court and judge is likely to see my situation and then some suggestions on additional things I hadn't considered. It's helpful talking it through with someone with that level of experience and understanding. Kate was non judgemental and made me feel supported throughout and helped me with calculations based on my worries of best and worse case scenarios. And explained was is and what isn't possible. Just knowing these potential outcomes in a horrible and difficult divorce process really helps you to come up with the best path for yourself. Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful! The only reason they have good reviews here is because they ask clients to leave a review after the first meeting. They are absolutely terrible! I suggest that all clients keep a close eye on their bill breakdowns because they make lots of "mistakes" when charging their clients. This company is the worst option you could choose! I bet they will respond to this review faster than they respond to my emails. They do not respect their clients' instructions and take ages to reply to even a simple email. Their priority seems to be prolonging matters rather than resolving their clients' problems, allowing them to charge more fees. I had the worst experience of my life with a solicitor at this company.
