The set arrived in perfect condition
The set arrived in perfect condition , my sons helped the delivery man put everything in the garage . Then after a cuppa they (my sons not the man) put it together , it was easy to do but they both do that sort of thing in their work anyway . Sorted 😆happy .

poor customer service overall
The cover for my smoker was out of stock even though it showed as available when I ordered. That’s somewhat forgivable, but the issue was having to call several times to chase it up. The phone staff were helpful at the time, but they didn’t follow through on their promise to update me. Three weeks later I had to call again to learn the cover was finally being dispatched, and I still didn’t receive any notification. I hope the smoker itself is problem-free, because I’d rather not have to deal with them again.

Kettler Garden Set
I tried getting my garden set and nobody delivered to Northern Ireland this company did - they also price matched a cheaper price that i had received.
Correspondence excellent and quick and arrived much quicker than i thought having to go through customs. I will be recommending this company to friends and family

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service, they hide behind multiple domain names and email addresses when things go wrong. Tried to get the stove repaired, ended up asking for my money back and return the faulty / dangerous item, after weeks of arguing and they threw all their lawyers at it. This resulted in my Credit Card company giving up despite the consumer credit act was in our favour. Buy Locally so you can visit in person.

Our records show that the stove was supplied in 2020 and that the issue reported related to a damaged rear fire brick. Fire bricks are classed as consumable components within solid fuel stoves and can become damaged through use, installation, fuel type, or handling over time.

The item was delivered quickly and…
The item was delivered quickly and safely being well packed on a pallet and delivered by a good company.
Took about an hour to assemble, which was fine, if fiddly in places and a little unclear.
I had an issue with the finish on the warming rack. A replacement was sent, same issue so I gave up.
Also bought a “fitted” cover separately by the same maker which is nothing like the image nor fitted. I messaged but the response was a collective shrug from customer services.
All in a good BBQ at a great price, delivered well with so so customer service from the OEM.

Best price for product having shopped around. Well informed. Kettler are a good make and bench has lived up to expectation. Was assembled by hubby and I in 10 minutes. Delivery was well communicated and it turned up a when expected.

Did a lot of research on new garden…
Did a lot of research on new garden furniture and gosh it’s expensive. We found a great set at Stoves are us. Well priced and good quality. Delivery was flexible and the chap took the pallet to back gate for us to make it easy.
Chairs already made. Just the table to assemble. Love our new set and experience with this company was v positive
