You have to pay for your own refunds. They are sent back direct to suppliers and only when they can get hold of them, and confirm they have received it, you get the refund.
Fine as a principle but this took 2 months to resolve, but refunded in the end.

The product I bought was great but when…
The product I bought was great but when I bought it I was dental email telling me they would tell me when it was dispatched and let me know when it would be delivered. This didn’t happen so lucky my neighbour helped me. Also delivery man refused to help get it up the stairs.

Regarding the delivery, our standard service is kerbside delivery only, so drivers are unable to take items inside the property or upstairs. This information is included on all of our product pages so customers are aware before placing an order.

Claimed in stock, then out of stock, then in stock but delivered without notice (so rejected).
Then broke item on attempt at redelivery and simply cancelled order.
Second bad experience here, out of two attempts, so cautioning others against using this company.
