I ordered French bulldog nail decals …

I ordered French bulldog nail decals from this company who is a online storefront for Nailsgrapic world/Perlauradesign in November for my granddaughter as a Christmas present and never received them. I sent them a email and they said they resent them again and that there was a problem with customs. It is now the end of January and I have not received anything. I emailed them again and now they're saying as a seller they made two attempts to send me my order and they do not refund money because they fulfilled their obligation to send me my order, WHAT!!!!!!!! Stay away from this company. Customer satisfaction should be their number 1 priority but taking your money is their 1st priority.

I bought a coat off Peachyamo

I bought a coat off Peachyamo, there are many stores like it with cute looking clothes that are a decent price. However, it seems to me that after my own experience and reading other reviews, these types of stores tend to not deliver their merchandise, sadly. I was patient knowing that it would take a while to ship overseas however, they did say at the longest 16 business days, it has been almost a month and a half since the purchase was finalized. Storenvy told me the order was shipped once the store had reported it as such but I noticed that the tracker that I paid two extra dollars for said otherwise and USPS said that the order did not exist within their system. So I messaged the store a few times with no response then messaged the Storenvy customer support. So far they have been helpful but have not seemed to have gotten a response from the store either. So I filed a dispute with my bank and it should go through, if not I trust that Storenvy should be able to get my money back ( I hope.)

!!!!warning don't buy from storenvy!!!!

I made a purchase from one of the stores that they have on there site and received no merchandise, I made a few attempts to contact the store I had no response, I emailed storenvy and got a response from storenvy directing me to go to my bank and file a dispute, I attempted to do so but visa had changed their agreement not allowing purchases made by the card owner online to be disputed...I emailed them again giving them a update and received a email from storenvy stating to go back to the bank, i as a customer feel that storenvy is still somewhat reliable considering the fact that it is there website and they have to allow them on their site, they haven't been as of any help and as far as I can see I'm just out 220 bucks, thanks storenvy... I highly recommend staying away from them, for all I know they could be making their own fake stores on their site as a business they should make sure their customer is taken care of, and not at a loss

Storenvy, fake stores that steal your money!

They sold me a TV from a non-existing store. The stores they connect you with are fake and are just set up to steal your money and force you to try and get your money back by filing a dispute. Save yourself from the headaches and just purchase somewhere else.

If I could give this company a zero …

If I could give this company a zero rating, I would. After spending over $400 on an item, and never receiving it, I finally attempted to contact the seller, then storenvy. No response from the seller after multiple attempts. Storenvy could only recommend I try to get reimbursed by paypal. Opened dispute with paypal. Told to wait till 11/11. Finally contacted MC. They told me they would issue a credit. Hours wasted. My daughter didn't get her birthday present.
Storenvy told me they suspended the company because of poor performance but offered no additional help. After that, I received another email from the company (TSC Supply company) sent by storenvy.
Never again!
Any marketplace that doesn't support its customers shouldn't be in business.

DISPUTE THE COST WITH YOUR BANK BEFORE ITS TOO LATE

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM KATKINIS OR STORE ENVY- save your money and patience!
I have waited 7 months since my first order and I never received it after contacting the dealer via email. (They have no number).
They disabled my comments on instagram. They even told me they would refund my money BUT then they were actually waiting out the dispute period so then I wouldn't be able to contact my bank and try and get my money back! Evil genius! $450 down the drain and my girlfriend never got her BIRTHDAY present and couldn't compete in the show.
BEWARE- Katkinis also pays people to leave fake 5 star reviews. Like the one you see on this thread.

I paid $86.99 to STORENVY on August 14th and received no word of shipment, no confirmation of any kind and NO PRODUCT IN THE MAIL. Furthermore, what company has no phone number, no customer service & no way to even ask a simple question: WHERE'S MY PRODUCT I paid good money for????? TOTAL B.S. Save your money & aggravation. Use another company you can actually reach!!!!!

About my last review

About my last review, I didn't get the package but I DID get a refund after contacting storenvy.
Not the people who ran it UNTIL i contacted the site.
Refund came quick.
Storenvy was nice.
Will definitely do my research before I ever (If I use this again) shop on there.
Youtube reviews do NOT count because most of your favorite youtubers are sponsored by the company.

About four days prior to my competition I had took my suit to the mall to have it altered and i used the public restroom as I was leaving the mall with a total brain fart and in complete depletion mode I left my bikini hanging in the alteration bag on the back of the door in the bathroom .when I got to my car I was horrified to realize of my mistake and ran back in a frantic frenzy to the bathroom only to find my bikini gone!! after hours and hours of searching by myself and the security there was no hope; it was completely lost a friend of mine had told me to reach out to her see what she could do and by the grace of God she was able to overnight a bikini even more beautiful than the one that I had. It was a perfect fit and it reached me within two days of contacting her and Just in time for my competition I was so grateful and forever be loyal to katkinis

cant log in

cant log in to new account they seem to be spamming toolbars links in paswordfields and changing of password does not work dueto there corrupted mobile site even using desktopand changing password am stil not able to log in,there is zero costomersupport unless you log there emails to me are from bots and refuse return email aka noreply unless u go log in how can i do that bewarned these people want bank info but cant provide a email support

Most untrustworthy site

This company takes your money and then leaves it up to someone else to send your product. There is no telephone number or any other way to contact the person who actually took your payment. Please trust this review and do not shop with them. I only wish that I would have read the reviews myself first. I still do not have the item ordered or my money back.

My only regrettable online shopping experience.

The store 'geekymovez' through storenvy and also stylelick is a scam. And when I realized I wasn't ever going to receive my items and asked for a refund the person behind the customer service emails told me "You people just like complaining." and that I need to learn how to use a computer like the rest of the world. That was the response to telling them I haven't been able to access the site Storenvy since my purchase. Very rude and unprofessional. But hey, I learned my lesson.

Ex-Etsy and Ebay user loves Storenvy.com

I too stopped using Etsy do to their vendor issues which did not allow my buyer's payment to reach me. Really! They responded with a bogus blog 'sorry for the inconvenience' and no email or phone response. Scary!

Storenvy gives me a much more professional platform. My customers can pay by credit card with Stripe or by PayPal and get all of the PayPal protection.

So far so good. I feel like I've reached the next level with my own webpage. I've even stopped using Ebay!

Rubbish

Three months on from my order and it still hasn't arrived. Their replies to my emails were unfriendly, unhelpful and they just shrugged off my problem. When I pushed them to look into the shipping or reimburse me, they told me it had been posted and to complain to USPS if I wanted my money back, which of course I can't do not being a US resident. $24 dollars down the drain and no sign of that or my item. Avoid like ebola.

Review of Storenvy, NOT an individual shop.

We decided to stop selling and buying on Etsy a few months ago, like thousands of other companies, due to trust issues. We signed up with Storenvy and have listed over 100 products so far. I like the fact that there is no listing fee. That shows that they are in this with us and want to help us to be a success.

Most of these reviews here are for individual stores or shops on Storenvy, and NOT a review of Storevny, as the title suggests. Individual shop reviews should not be shown here!

If you're going to review Storenvy, then don't review individual stores on Storenvy. There are stores that do a great job, such as ours: brightstargifts.storenvy.com. We have a perfect track record with no customer complaints. I have to believe that a lot of other store owners are refugees from Etsy and are trying hard to be successful. Don't knock Storenvy for a few bad stores. They are putting their money where their mouth is.

My only complaint has been with getting any kind of customer support. They don't seem to respond to questions. This is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. They need to vastly improve in this area if they want to be successful. A business can't go several days without an answer to an important question.

Very very unprofessional e-commerce site!

Very unprofessional e-commerce site. I have bought two different stores, Mola Mola and Noveltiq on 09/11/15. Today 10/22/2015, I have not received the items. Moreover, I contacted several time Noveltiq store to know the tracking number of the item, and they have never answered me. Then, I contacted both the stores to have some news about my item and they have never answer me.
