My review on July 2nd as below with a hope that someone will contact me till date. No calls, No emails, and today I got a email saying my ticket is closed from MediaMarkt.
To all the new comers, Kind request to donate it to charity than using Cecotec.

Cecotec can sell products from france but cant send anyone to repair or retake it back.
I ordered a chimney from cecotec through mediamarkt in Netherlands. As soon as I installed it, it was not working properly and opened a ticket 03805564 - CT492B6. Sent them all the information, pictures and videos in March 2025. No movement in the ticket and later after months they informed me that repair is not possible because they don't have anyone in Netherlands to repair. How great they run the business to send some shitty products and casually refuse it to say they dont have repair team.
To worse it more, they closed even my ticket where i was waiting till June that something will happen without even knowing that ticket is closed.
Then I opened a new ticket CT4B02A - 03946246 and asked about my previous case they told it was closed becuase it was opened wrongly. Then how the hell on earth did they ask all the pictures and video on my first ticket.?
The irritating people are the cecotec customercare team where no body speaks English to explain the issue. You will need to wait for a longer time on the call to get these response:
I dont speak English or sorry the case is closed.
I dont even understand how its so easy to recruit such people to give the same response.
If causing irritation and stealing customer money is an art, cecotec is a Picasso of it.

Moking 200 defected return
Bought Moking 200, a branded cecotec moca that after the first washing machine cycle got defected due to cheap vinly material.
The return is a nightmare since the portuguese website always lead to the spanish original website which is confusing constantly jumping pages.
The portuguese support took ages to get back to me. 3-weeks later after the pickup for refund, still no money nor update from cecotec.
Don't recommend the service at all!

No return options, unless you manage to get through
I ordered a hair dryer, as for present, and it came with the sign of use.
I tried to return it right away, but they don't have a button in the interface to do it, even though the support instructions show it. In fact it didn't exist.
I send an email to the few support emails I found on the website. Zero response more than after one week.
Maybe they will notice here and reply to me.

Worst Customer Service / They Stole My Money
I directly ordered vacuum filters through Cecotec customer support on June 18, because it was impossible to obtain them otherwise. The first delivery failed because they gave UPS the wrong or incomplete address. I contacted their German customer support multiple times, confirmed the correct address, and was told they would resend the package.
They messed up the address again on the second attempt, and this time didn’t even bother to send me a tracking number, even though I asked for it several times. Most of the time they just didn’t reply at all, and when they did, I got irrelevant copy-paste answers, like offering to repair my vacuum, which has nothing to do with the problem.
It is now the end of July, and I have paid for filters that were never delivered, wasted hours chasing support, and still have not received a refund. Cecotec has my money, and I have nothing. Without the filters, I cannot use the vacuum at all and will probably have to throw it away.
Avoid this company. It is not worth the stress.

stay away! I purchased CECOTEC ceiling fan from Official Reseller e-dructer.com. It failed after about 30 uses. I requested to use the guarantee. They checked it and found it faulty and requested 20 days to repair. 30 days later they said the product cannot be repaired and their policy is not to give refund. Only credit the amount for other purchases from same store. Who would want to make further purchases from a store with poor quality products and no actual customer support ???

Stopped working after 1 year
Unfortunately this vacuum stopped working just one year after we bought it. It turns off and on but stopped sucking up dirt, dust, and particles. I now have to use a broom - waste of money. I sent it in to be repaired with the correct description of the issue and Cecotec sent it back saying everything was fine. It was a lot of money and useless. Do not recommend.

Misleading delivery times during purchase, no responsiveness from Customer Care
I have ordered a product with stated delivery time of 3 working days on their website. After the purchase, I received an automated message that the delivery will take much longer and my item disappeared from the website. I have contacted their Customer Service to explain and give me an approximate delivery time. I have received no answer and so I requested a cancellation of my order and my right of withdrawal. Nobody is reacting to my messages and I don't know how to proceed. It feels like a fraudulent behavior and not legitime online purchase process.

Works well and a good price
It in a small bedroom used by visitors, I had to make a 6" hole in the outside wall as the window option was impossible. It works as expected and the silent mode is fine.

This company is working with a delivery service that is known to be extremely awful and it is a real gamble if your package even arrives. Cecotec is aware of this and do not change anything. You cannot cancel your product until your product arrives by the delivery company. They should be upfront with what company they are using for their delivery because if that would have been known I wouldn't have bought anything with them. Meanwhile I am still waiting to get a refund

this is couldn't be serious, their customer support is just a joke. They sent me a wrong item, because the real time wasn't available. this is such a low level of competence and respectful cooperation. So cecotec is failing with a shipping and then with an adequate support. it's about one month passed since I received my order, and there is no solution at all.
upd; this is a total disgrace, after you write to this email, you get a super general excuse na another one redirection, it looks they never read it. the quantity of red flags is overwhelming. I genuinely think such companies shouldn't exist in the market. I never buy anything from this funny project again
