if there is a 0 review i would rank it a 0. an awfull product and awfull coustomer service. we have bought an oven from cecotec on march the door broke in october fall into my husbad feet thank god it didnt brokke his toes but badly damged the tiles in the kitchen been in contact with cecotec sense october they managed to sent a tecnician in november, he then request the door hinges part for the door till the date of today 26/12/2025 we still have no oven resultedno chritsmas dinner and a buildin oven without a door its been 3 month without the oven in the house and no reply to our emails to cecitec about when are they willing to fix the problem door.please avoid cecotec its theworst compqny i ever inconter with its the worst ever product to buy you just waisting your money. also we hwve cecitec amirican fridgesense march the glass shef already chattered and thedoor compartmemt already brooken just to hive you an idea how rubish this company product is it wont last you even a month before you start having problemsand you wont get it fixed just a waist

I don’t feel like explaining all of it because it is long. All I can say is we bought a conga robot (7490 eternal home genesis) last year and we have had it replaced twice and then fixed twice, and then ignored it and haven’t used it in the past 8 months or so. Worked fine for one month and has then been a bother ever since. When calling Cecotec and asking for a refund kindly, they say they will keep trying to repair or substitute, and they won’t give us a refund. I insisted for 15 minutes on the phone we just DON’T WANT this product as it has been a complete nightmare but they insist in not giving us a single cent back.

Disastrous. I bought everything through their official website, for greater convenience. Refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, pans, mixer, iron, etc... They sent it to me in 6 different shipments, having to request three free days to receive the merchandise. The washing machine hit. Some packages through SEUR, being at home all day just to receive the merchandise, the delivery man indicated on 3 different occasions that he was not at home. Now I am processing returns for everything. And another ordeal, in one day 3 different carriers called me at different times. When they brought me the new washing machine, they didn't want to take the damaged one, because someone else would come another day to pick it up. I'm still waiting. In the age of digital and intelligence, they demonstrate that there is very little of that. I don't give fewer stars because it doesn't stop.
