Andrea from Stone Superstore was highly responsive and helpful. She deserves five stars! What was disappointing was the number of breakages caused by the delivery people. Altogether, we had nine tiles broken. This caused inconvenience, as I had to keep providing photos as evidence of the damages that occurred as the tiler took them out one by one. The tiler got concerned as he was anxious to get the job done. On top of that we discovered we were sent insufficient grout, so I had to pay for that at extra cost through Amazon. Andrea approved the replacement and included an extra two tiles at no cost to us which was appreciated.

Great company. I have ordered tiles for my bathroom, kitchen and utility from Stone Superstore, Matt who works for them has always been on hand to help me with any queries with a speedy and friendly response. Love both tiles we have ordered, delivery was prompt and packaged well. Definitely recommend this company and Matt and have shared details onto friends doing renovations.

We purchased the limestone effect porcelain tiles from stone superstore as part of our renovation. We are over the moon with the tiles and everyone who visits comments on how lovely they are. We can’t wait to start the next stage of our project and will be looking at the matching outdoor tiles for the patio.

There is no issue with the tiles we ordered, nor had we any problems with how quickly the tiles were delivered.

However, the two small boxes of tiles (in total 2sqm) have been delivered on this massive pallet. It looked ridiculous - two small and relatively light boxes (I could lift both of them in one go) on a massive pallet, which was easily 3 times heavier that the tiles themselves. Of course delivery company wouldn't take the pallet, so I had to saw it up and take it to the recycling centre. That totally spoiled my experience with Stone Superstore.

Easy to navigate website and place order. Great being able to order samples, to ensure we chose the perfect tile for us. On time delivery and securely packaged. We love how the tiles look in our garden, superb quality and exactly what we had in mind. Would absolutely recommend.

Good product, great price and great customer service, I can only recommend. From the sample ordering, to visiting the Wilmslow showroom and being flexible on delivery for 125 sq. m of tiles, Stone Superstore have looked after us all the way, even when we had to change delivery dates, due to our builders schedule changing.
