Outstanding service from Jamie Fox. I wanted some tiles that were out of stock and had a short deadline to meet. Jamie found the tiles and shipped them to me promptly. They were delivered on time and all in perfect condition. When I was then told during my fitment the tiles had been incorrectly measured and needed just 3 more Jamie responded immediately and had them shipped out to me again with no issues. She went above and beyond throughout and nothing was ever too much trouble. The tiles are beautiful as well and incredibly well priced.

Promised a one hour call before hand to warn when the delivery will come
All sounded marvellous.
Next day rang store to check when it was getting a bit late in the day, and I had I taken a day off and had people waiting to help me unload pallet, plus driving spaces saved, and tilers coming next day, only to be told not to worry my slot was 2-5, and that the delivery people work up-to 7pm. Please don’t worry.
Received curt call at 3.45 from the delivery company to say not coming today.
They will come tomorrow instead.
Seemed perplexed why it was unacceptable.
It was 3.45 in the afternoon, and I guess 5 was knocking off time
When I told them I was told you work up to 7 they insisted I was given the wrong information by the company.
I guess bad luck on me.

Unprofessional behaviour from an initially professional store.
Even the store when I rang them up questioned me why I needed the tiles today.
No mentioned of the premium rate I was charged to have them on this named day or my inconvenience
No compensation mentioned. Just apathy why I wanted them today
Shocking behaviour
Will never use this store again, they are quick enough to take your money for a service they don’t care about providing.
You have to come up with a good reason why you want the product even when you paid for the service. They insist you can wait the next day really.
I demanded a full refund which they were very reluctant to make.
Why was I questioned for a service I paid for?I have never heard of this before.
Rubbish. Lesson learned.

I have now got a reply to my complaint.
Nothing more needs to be said about the way you handle customers.
Look at all the other complaints and the way the store has handled them as well
Yes you may hate trust pilot, as they are relaying some customers frustations which is not to your liking, but do you only want to hear when things go well, or learn and have a chance to apologise when things go wrong?
According to you ringing up to complain is abusive. Isn't that just your way to dismiss concerns and make out that the customer is nasty?
At no time did I indicate that the store or the delivery persons were rude - because they wasn't. I mentioned curt. And that was from the delivery firm.
I also questioned in my review why I needed to explain to staff why I needed the tiles that day, something you have speculated about again, but actually is none of your business.

If I want to scramble for tiles, as you so mockingly put it, that's my perogative, I do believe your store is a tile shop after all isn't it?
I think you have showed yourself up.
You are the one damaging
the stores reputation - nobody else.
The customers has the simple option to take their business elsewhere.

I had great customer service from Jamie. She's knowledgeable, courteous and responsive and very cheerful! I have received my beautiful tiles on time and the prices are very competitive.

WOW! Incredible aftercare from Matt in the store. My tradesman damaged 4 tiles and I was desperate. I rang him on Saturday and he took my details and called me back Monday morning to let me know he could help and have found 4 off cuts. You do not get that level of service anymore and with more house projects in the pipeline I will be using Stone Superstore (and Matt) a lot more in the future. Thank you SO SO much.

The driver didn’t inform before they arrive especially on a very early morning at 0809am. We are actually on our way. If he can tell before we arrive , we can come earlier. It is a site that no one lives there. He just called you when he arrived and left 250kg tiles there. And I need to take it to house one by one….. NEVER BUY IT FROM THEM. AND BE AWARE THEY ONLY REFUND / REPLACE WHEN THE TILES DAMAGED MORE THAN 5%. They charge you delivery fee but they didn’t deliver your items properly

If you live on a hill do not order your stone from this company, their couriers won't deliver.

Ordered Matterhorn porcelain slabs and it looks amazing when project was completed. HOWEVER this is the most stain retaining product ever. Any muddy mark on it will stain leaving a very dirty orange tinge which needed jet washing to remove. This disappointed me as I was lead to believe it was hard wearing and very low maintenance which is definitely not.

Bought 2 types of limestone flags for the kitchen floor and a large patio. Great products and a great service at a very reasonable price. Fast delivery and excellent communication throughout. Well packed with no breakages. We extended the patio during the work and had to order more, and they couldn't have been more helpful. Have since specified for a client's house and they're delighted too.

Don't buy rapid flow projoint one an a half bags is hard as rock . Absoute waste of money . 40pnd down the drain . Not happy 😒

Outstanding service 45 sq m delivered prompt and safely no breakage excellent coms

Ordered a sample which looked good. Negotiated a decent price. However, the sample, whilst the same general colour did not reflect the very great variation in pattern on the actual tiles. The description on the website was misleading. The response from the company was disappointing and did not address the issues.

I recently ordered Porcelain Paving Tiles for my garden. I spoke to Matt, who helped me to place the order and also sorted the delivery day I wanted the tiles. He was very helpful and professional. Once I placed the order, my builder told me we ordered about 25 square meters more than needed. Next day I phoned and spoke to Rebecca regarding the wrong order placed and I needed to amend it. She was a very Good listener and told me she will call me back. She called me and sorted the order and also made sure that I will get the order on my delivery day. I am very thankful to Rebecca for very efficient and timely service.

We were on a fairly tight deadline for our garden project. Matt at Stone Superstore processed our order quickly and made suggestions that allowed us to get the most for our money. The staff are informed and genuinely helpful. The stones arrived when promised and are gorgeous in our garden. Great quality; very good value for money.

Excellent service from the point of ordering samples (of which arrived super fast) placing my order right to delivery. Requested early delivery & arrived on the dot! Delivery driver was also very helpful. Just a few damaged tiles in transit which were promptly replaced. Received excellent customer service from Rebecca, Andrea & Mat who kept me updated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend. Tiles are great quality & look fantastic 👌

Extremely helpful in getting just what I wanted and at a great price. Very pleasant and helpful staff who were courteous and polite something that is unusual nowadays. Delivery was quick with 'no' problems.
Two tiles were chipped due to the packaging being torn (photo supplied to company) but were replaced without question - Great service throughout I would thoroughly recommend them.
