Sarah helped us choose exactly the right products for our windows. Stoneside had an amazing selection. Jerry is a master craftsman.He was exactly on time, took care in our home, and put the blinds up in a flash.
Our blinds fit perfectly, and the installation was superb.This is a wonderful company to deal with.

We had a very problematic bedroom window that needed a highly professional solution. Stonesde made beautiful drapes that solved all problems and elevated the overall decor of the room. We could not have achieved this on our own. Amy, our Stoneside decorator, invested many hours with us, took photos of the issues, consulted with fabricators & installers, and the rest all fell into place. The drapes were expensive, but we viewed this expense as necessary. Our installation team, led by John, worked very efficiently, competently and pleasantly. They cleaned up so that when they left the room could be photographed.

We installed a great zebra shade on one bedroom to allow home office use during sunny days. Of course, we later switched our office to the other bedroom. Stoneside’s engineer expertly moved the unit, patched the holes from the first location, and made great aesthetic judgement calls on aligning the new shade over a slightly smaller window with different margins. Our sales design consultant helped us price various options for a second unit, but in the end just moving the unit was the best option and delightfully included in our service contract. Highly recommended.

Stoneside was professional, efficient, and easy to work with, from the initial contact to the superb installation by Jerry. The product is lovely. We couldn’t be more pleased.

From the first visit to installation, I was impressed by the communication and care taken. The business model of having everyone involved part of the company, instead of the use of contractors, seems to make for a better customer experience, Even though the Stoneside bid was a bit more expensive, it was not that big of a difference and it was apparent that there was a lot more care taken through the whole process. John, the installer even came by to verify the measurements prior to the order being made to ensure the ones the sales person, Melanie, took were accurate! I am very pleased with the results.

The whole experience from start to finish was world class. Antwan the designer went over our options for our big arch windows and doors and recommended the perfect fit and solution for our family room. The color match and styling matches our style and decor of our furniture. Efrain the installer did a fantastic job with the installation, preset programming and explanation on how to use our motor controlled blinds. The blinds came earlier than expected and were installed the next day. We are very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend your company to others!
