Return visit after 10 year and nothing changes great service great prices what more could you ask for other than wishing other retailers had the same approach! Steve H in Beds really helpful and knowledgeable provided great advice.

We visited Stokers three times in total and each time we had a good experience. We bought our bed & bedroom furniture from Steve Hartwell, he was patient and took his time to explain the best mattress for us. We purchased our lounge furniture afterwards from Michael Williams and once again we were happy with the time taken to help us choose what we wanted. We also purchased some additional furniture from Julie Willams, she helped us choose the best pieces for our requirements. The furniture arrived today and we are really happy with the whole process and our new furniture. Thank you Julie, Steve and Michael for looking after us. We will be back as we need a new sofa and dining table!

Entered the store in Southport and was greeted by Mr. Graeme Beresford who told us if and/when we required his assistance to approach him and pointed out where he was stationed, after a good unpressured look around we had quite a few questions to ask regarding the furniture we were interested in therefore after asking Graeme Beresford to supply the answers he answered each and everyone expertly nothing was too much trouble very helpful ( and with my wife he had to be ) came out of there very satisfied, great service would return there no doubt. Mr. Tony Gallagher also rubber stamped by Mrs. Margaret Gallagher.

We had a great experience at Stokers. There was absolutely no pressure from the sales staff, which made us feel comfortable taking our time to browse the store, with staff checking in occasionally without being intrusive.

Mark Cain was particularly helpful, answering some additional questions we had about the sofa ranges. Once we were ready to order, Mark was on hand to guide us through the whole ordering process.

Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Found the perfect lounge chair we needed and the whole experience was helped with the friendly and efficient help from Graham Beresford which made our shopping experience delightful, so much so that 2 days later we contacted Graham and ordered a second one. Thanks again

Visited the store on the 28th August to view a particular sofa. We were greeted by Graham Bedworth who demonstrated the various aspects of the sofa ( it was a home cinema sofa with various add ons) and then left us to discuss it. He was not pushy in any way, in fact he was the perfect salesman. We needed to ensure that it fitted into the space we had so we went away and then contacted him to confirm the order. He was professional throughout. The sofa was delivered on time and we contacted Graham for an instruction manual for the sofa that was missing, he emailed it to us immediately with it.

I found the process of choosing new sofas very daunting but after speaking to Graeme Beresford he measured carefully and advised the best combination for my purchase.He arranged for samples to be sent to me and was happy for me to take my time deciding.
There was no pressure to buy but when I was ready Graeme went through the process thoughtfully and meticulously, explaining my options as we went, fabrics, cushions, stain proof.
I have ordered my sofas and feel confident that they will meet my expectations. I was sent money off vouchers and was given a good deal. I feel I have received excellent service at a very competitive price.

Was extremely helpful.
What i really appreciated, was both days when I visited the Southport store, he could answere all my questions, He allowed me to walk around freely on my own, which made me feel I was not pressured.
The second day I went back, again I got the same service.
I decided on my two couches to buy, and again no pressure.
It was at the end of their day, and staff were already going home, but Graeme Beresford again was not rushing me.
I would definitely reccomend Stokers in Southport.
I will be back to buy some more furniture soon

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff as usual.
Upon our arrival we were offered assistance by several of the staff, but declined as we preferred to browse on our own until we wanted specific information.
Once we had selected which item of furniture was of interest to us, Salesman Graeme Beresford guided us throughout the ordering process, to ensure that we ordered our preferred choice of colour and materials.
It’s not the first time that we’ve purchased from Stokers, nor is it likely to be the last.

I have bought several items of furniture over the past few years from Stokers. Always been a pleasure to deal with and the quality of the furniture is first rate. My latest acquisition was a new side board. The salesman, Graeme Beresford, made the whole process easy and made sure that I got the best deal and I walked away as a happy customer.

The sales person we went to see was not working that day , but Graeme Beresford helped us , we ordered the 2 sofas we wanted, Graeme explained everything and completed the order , we wanted to order the carpets so he checked when the carpet man would be available and we went back on Sunday and completed that order as well , Graeme was very helpful.

We really like going to Stokers as the store is smart,bright and welcoming. We needed a dining room set and Graeme Beresford was very friendly and helpful explaining how the table opens up plus the different chairs we could have . Also Stokers have great customer service if there’s any problems.
