NOT disabled friendly and NO customer service

I visited the plant centre, the place is a mess, Car parking there are no disabled bays.
Access for disabled is ok except for the cars parking too close to the enterance making navigating difficult.
the nursery is large and everything is dispalyed well, however after finding what i wanted, i went to find some assistance, One sole lady on her own to run the Tills, no cutomer service at all, poor lady was run off her feet, she said the expectation was for the customers to pick heavy items.
I have to say this place is NOT DISABLE FRIENDLY, Iin fact not very friendly...
