We cannot get any response from this company. The telephone numbers they have provided come up as invalid. They do not answer emails. The goods they have supplied are faulty. Proceed with caution if dealing with them as our experience has been wholly negative leaving us no alternative but to explore redress through the small claims court.

The house sign was faulty. The glue did not hold the lug on the back and it simply fell off. I have emailed three times and had no response. The reviews of this company and their customer service are terrible and this has been our experience.

Never received item. Booked through Amazon and advertised two day delivery. It's now been 3 weeks. Requested refund, never got one. I'd avoid this lot like the plague. Clearly a scam site and very disappointing that Amazon are allowing these idiots to continue fleecing people.

I too wished I had looked at the reviews.
I bought a wall plaque from them and when it arrived there were bits missing, I have emailed them but no reply. I think Amazon should ditch this company.

Saw a product on Amazon that I wanted to purchase, but had queries. Reviews were mixed, so I wanted to contact them directly. I've contacted them through Amazon and had no reply. I've emailed several times to the 3 addresses on their website and had no reply. I've now looked at Companies House, and they have outstanding charges from 2015. This is some kind of shelf company. DO NOT BUY!

Product good value for money and looks very smart. Arrived when stated. Definitely buy from this company again

Shite company scammed out of a door sign never delivered and hides behind Amazon Reported to consumer goods and looking on here I'm not the first. Amazon won't do anything so need to ramp up the negativity to fck off these type of scammers

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE . . . AVOID AT ALL COST!
I ordered a ‘World Map’ wall sticker on 26th November 2024. It never arrived. I have sent several emails to customer service (most recent was last week) and they have not had the courtesy to reply, refund, replace or explain.
I wish I’d read other customers reviews prior to making my order because I am obviously not the only customer to have lost money to this company. Shame on them!

I wrote to customer services but have not had a reply. No idea if they are going to deliver, give me a refund or let me know what is going on. If I don't hear anything soon (it is now the 22nd September and they are asking for a review like I have it) I will just go to my bank.
What a shame it has to come to this. I really hope someone see's this and lets me know what has happened.

Don’t buy from these waste of time. I ordered a sign from Amazon and the seller was Stickerswall.com and it came wrong I’ve rang the number over a 100 times they don’t pick up. I’ve emailed them lost count no reply. So I’m letting everyone know buy thr signs from someone who answers the phone or emails.
The good thing about this Amazon are looking into this and will remove them from Amazon

Bought a solar light from them. It didn’t work. They are completely blanking me now. Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered an address solar light and was delivered with the wrong address printed on it, they do not answer any emails or the phone so cannot get it replaced do not use this company

Wouldn’t even give them one star if I didn’t have to. Had a door sign purchased for me, didn’t come with the fixings. Sent proof order and they are now ignoring me. Reported to eBay.

This is a diabolical company for after sales and customer service. I had a solar powered door sign delivered and after approximately 6 weeks the glue/double sided tape failed and the light fell off and broke. I contacted support at stickerswall.com and received a reply asking if would be ok to send me a new light along with some tape to attach it myself. I agreed but it never came. They even sent me a scam tracking number for Evri even though they claim to use Royal Mail. Scam Scam Scam. Do not use this company. I just wish there was a minus star option!!

This company is definitely a shambles…I have ordered and not received my item also have had no reply to emails sent…I am looking for a refund now and will shop elsewhere..it shows the capability of this seller by the amount of bad review against it..non existent and they should be closed down…

Poor quality, very poor customer service.
Item is very pixilated, does not look as does online. I have complained on every given email address, called N/A and even sent hand written letter. No response, will now be seeking advice on consumer rights as still looking or refund

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Sold me a complex wall sticker which was cheap quality and had inadequate fixing instructions. Communication dreadful and I have been unable to get a resolution despite sending photos and detailed explanation of the issue. They are not interested once they have your money. Consistent with other negative feedback for this company.
