Each year
Each year, the new design comes with completely different sizing, which is very confusing and does not make sense. For example, a size 28 sports top last year was extremely small compared to a size 28 this year.
This inconsistency creates unnecessary hassle, as I have to repeatedly order and return items. Although you offer a 24-hour free reorder window, the smaller sizes are often unavailable, which means I end up paying delivery costs multiple times. This process is also very time-consuming.
I have been experiencing this issue for the past five years, and it is both frustrating and unacceptable, especially given the high prices you charge.

Confusing Sizing and Hidden Return Fees
The sizing is incredibly confusing because kids, junior, and adult sizes are all mixed together. To make matters worse, they don't offer exchanges for these sizing errors—you have to return the item and place a new order, which means paying the delivery fee all over again.
