Cheerful and very knowledgeable
Cheerful, and knowledgeable, help and information in planning a safari in Zambia. Guided to choices we hadn't considered. Faultless organisation when we were in Zambia so we were able to enjoy the game, the people, the food, the accommodation with no stress.

Impressive tour of historic places in Turkey
It was very easy to use the website and the staff stayed in contact after we booked the tour. I appreciated the personal touches. Empire of Forgotten Giants had a rigorous itinerary: each stop was a fascinating archeological site. Our tour leaders looked after us wonderfully.

Another incredible trip with Steppes
Another incredible trip with Steppes - the most adventurous safari we have done to a remote part of Tanzania including chimpanzee treks. incredible sightings, great lodges, guides and brilliant food. Chris really understands us and what we need which makes for a super holiday

An incredible tailor made tour, I really felt that this was a unique holiday. Our consultant listened to our numerous requests and designed an amazing itinerary, full of experiences and was quick to respond to any questions and there were quite a few.
The app was a great addition too.
Would definitely use Steppes again.

4 days escape that felt like a month of travels
This was a well organised trip for the small amount of time available. I had the feeling of seing a lot of various sights in 4 days.

Fabulous Family Adventure orchestrated by Steppes!
The team at Steppes led by Illona with assistance from Deborah and others helped our family plan and execute a once-in-a-lifetime safari and beach adventure in Kenya. Illona and her colleagues were always quick to respond to our information requests and their knowledge of the area and "on the ground" tips and tricks was invaluable to us. We had a fabulous time and felt very reassured by the fact that Steppes was taking care of things in the background so we could focus on the day to day experience.

I've already given enough feedback but basically the reunion experience was not good mainly because of the hotel but also I don't think that island is used to tourists who don't speak French. The vendors you selected were not English forward. There were other contract companies for tourism that I noticed were more English forward and I'm wondering why you didn't select those.
The Mauritius experience was wonderful. Hotel and all of the amenities were great. However what happened in reunion has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Clickbait warriors
I went to Steppes website looking for China tours. The website forces you to accept their cookies with no option to reject them and if you want to email them you have to give them even more information such as your telephone number. Steppes were excellent 30 years ago before they became clickbait warriors. I don't choose to give them my personal information so I will book my China trip through someone else.
