On time, friendly helpful staff. Cabins a much better temperature this time. Often too hot making it hard to sleep. My family and I use the Belfast Liverpool crossing about three or four times a year... See more

Good to know
We understand that passengers come with luggage, so we won’t charge you any extra for yours. Car passengers can bring as much as they can fit into their vehicles. And foot passengers can bring as much as they can carry, so long as no single piece of luggage is over 23kg in weight. That makes packing a whole lot easier!

I bought a premium ticket as I thought I may have to change it for my return journey which said it was free to change, when I had to change it they charged me an extra £130 saying it was the extra fare price on the day, when I checked this out afterwards online the price if the exact same fare was £230 and my original fare was £220 , so if that was true I should only have been charged £10…….this is a total scam and I will be taking this further…!!

Play area should be in a separate smaller lounge a not in the large restaurant area .

Twice in one month we have travelled to Belfast with you. Impressed with your security, the kindness of your staff and the fact you made us feel so welcomed. Well done to all.

Being sent to level 2 with our dog. From lounge had to endure being pushed about on stairs as doors not opened till all cars had left ship at belfast. From being 4th car into cairnryan port to last getting off. Better if dog area told to go to car same as cabins, then safer for our dog on stairs

Clean and tidy, very attentive and kind staff in all areas. Just a very long wait to get off the boat through passport areas!

We went Stena +. Which on the face of it was very good. But on the return journey it was so noisy as some genius had designed the boat so the daily/children’s centre was directly above Stena + lounge.
Not clever.
That said the boat was full and I am very grateful we were in the + lounge.

The food at the Port Shop at the Fishguard Ferry Port leaves a lot to be desired. To eat their microwaved (yes, microwaved) bacon roll, your best off carefully taking it out of the box, throw it in the bin and eat the box- it's that bad. Either don't sell bacon rolls or, if you are going to, make them edible and maybe push the boat out (forgive the pun) and make them taste nice.
And before you try to put a spin on my message and say that everyone else loves them and I'm the odd one out- there were other people around me and we all agreed they were pretty shocking!!

Facilities are much more modern, seating and cabins very comfortable. Took a star off as food in the restaurant seems overpriced.

Very easy to book. Very easy and efficient boarding and disembarkation. Plenty of comfortable seats.

Everything was very good, comfortable cabin, although the towels could do with replacing/upgrading. Loading and unloading was fine for us but perhaps not so good for the people who arrived earlier than us. We welcomed the separation of EU and UK passport holders.

Very pleasant trip
Just a bit cold on the way home…. Very efficient air con!

The booking process was easy. Everything was well organised and all staff I spoke to were very helpful. Restaurant service was a bit slow and the food wasn't very good. We were the first in the queue and the Full English breakfasts were cold. The weather was great and the crossing smooth which topped the trip off.
