Well it’s got to be said their initial supply d fitting was remarkably impressive .. but several years later their customer service leaves lots to be desired I wouldn’t recommend .

We had to wait a long time for our gate and fence panels, but the wait was worth it. Tony and Mandy were helpful throughout, and the finished product is testament to the expression "You get what you pay for ".The installation was faultless, with consideration and care taken by the team.

Tony, Mandy and team from the start were honest and professional. Site visits were arranged safely (at the height of COVID-19 in our case), we discussed different options and booked in. Many iterations and a total rethink (swing to sliding) of gates later, the guys were on site and preparing tracks and wiring systems. Very polite and hard working team, that do Steelcraft proud. The quality of the work put in is outstanding and well worth the money. It beat other companies hands down and exceeded our expectations. Our sliding gates have been installed for a couple of weeks now, problem free - accessibly via gsm, key fob and our own addition (integrated swimmingly) to control via Apple’s HomeKit from anywhere in the world. The gates open seamlessly and next to no noise is made shifting the 1.5 Tonne gate forms the motor. Thanks again Steelcraft gang for an amazing sliding that adds privacy, safety and style to our house. We’ll be back I’m sure for matching fence panels!

Excellent service from Tony and team from start to finish. Received expert advice on colour and styles of gates and very happy now they are fitted. Had a front gate and rear gate fitted and will get 2 more side gates fitted once our building works are complete. Reliable and a great company to deal with and the gates are simply beautiful

Tony and staff came up to my property following fitting a side gate, (which I might add is of the highest quality and still looks good with no further maintenance required even after 3 years), it's solid and strong and easily deters intruders - perfect!

I then asked him to design, make and fit a "bespoke" frame for my veg / herb garden to keep the birds from eating the fruit ..... nothing was too much trouble, he did exactly what I asked, helped me fit the netting the first year and I now have an excellent fruit crop year after year - this has also required no maintenance and is as it was when fitted.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tony, all the staff and especially Mandy in the office, always polite, helpful and goes out of her way to ensure any queries or problems are addressed in a helpful and professional manner.

I had my gates manufactured and fitted 5 years ago ( large cantilever electric gates, external railing and single gate). I have had no problems. They still look beautiful. Do you need to maintain them yes we live near to the prom. Also I book each year for the gates to be serviced to ensure smooth running. I can not recommend enough.

Can not praise Steelcraft enough , the quality of the workmanship is second to none. They work to the customers wishes and have excellent customer management of expectations. Would recommend anyone who is looking for Gates of any discription contact Steelcraft before any other company

We have had a wonderful service from both Mandy and Tony at Steel Craft Gates. From the moment we contacted them they have kept their word every step of the way. They are very busy and you have to be prepared to wait, but believe you me, it's a service worth waiting for. Our installation went extremely smoothly and the product is "top class". Would highly recommend this firm.

Ive used steelcraft gates many times over the years and can see they are a growing business .so buy with confidence if you want quality and a great service.

I have bought 1 very large electric 10ft high gates from Tony (heap) at Steelcraft Gates Fylde Coast #blackpool #fyldecoast and a further 12 ft wide electric gate and electric side gates and various other work so alot of money thousands and heres the warning they have developed in the last 5 years a new cant give a toss attitude where you are ok if you are spending a lot but "we are so busy" - if you are in need of help -well I have recommended them to several other people and thats stopped.

They never ever call back unless its to message back to say they are really so very busy and will call back later - they dont ring back you have to chase again - I actually got trapped behind an electric gate this week and because their monkey metal release key broke and as usual they never rang back - GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING cos if theres a problem you might be getting voicemail

REMEMBER gates need work after fitting as they deteriorate with weather especially wood and metal gates and any kind of electrics –if your supplier only wants you to fit new gates you are screwed #service
