Never received $40 necklace I ordered

I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas. I never received the necklace. After going back and forth in an email to the company, they finally offered to send me a different one. As far as I can tell, looking at the activity on my account, or rather the lack of activity on my account, no such order was ever entered. So, basically, they said they'd send a different one just to shut me up. The emails I've sent for an update on my order have gone unanswered.
I really wish you would offer a negative star, I would give this company a negative star.
