The booking was problematic as I could…
The booking was problematic as I could not get up to date timetables. After contacting the company and being sent a link to see the sailings I was bumped off the booking every time. After again contacting the company I was advised to use Google Chrome. Using Google Chrome I successfully managed to book. Please make clear that some systems do not work with your website or else update website compatibility.

Service Great - especially on the way back after Ferry cancelled - staff tried to make a full ship with limited seats the best as possible for people sat on the floor etc.

Easy to navigate website
Easy to navigate website, smooth journey and arrived ahead of time.
Catering staff were friendly and efficient. The drinking water machine has been out of use for a number of months now which is a real shame.
