It works but it could be simplified. The trip was from England to the IOM with a car. The options are from Heysham or Liverpool. There are additional options (cabin, booked seats, mobility problems etc). For most passengers, I believe that departure and arrival times are the major considerations. It would be easier if you stated the basic requirements (departure date, country, car/no car, additional requirements/none etc) and all relevant sailings and prices were shown.

confusing booking system
the website is very confusing it said there was no available booking for our dates but we had checked the sailing times and there was a sailing , somebody at the steam packet should have a look at stena's website it so simple and easy to book . also sailing times are awful .

We were delayed getting off as they could not get the gang plank attached for the foot passengers. The mind boggles given this is such a new terminal and came at such a huge cost, which is still be be determined !!!

The booking was problematic as I could…
The booking was problematic as I could not get up to date timetables. After contacting the company and being sent a link to see the sailings I was bumped off the booking every time. After again contacting the company I was advised to use Google Chrome. Using Google Chrome I successfully managed to book. Please make clear that some systems do not work with your website or else update website compatibility.
