Unfortunately I have had the same experience as the previous reviewer. Placed an order, after a week no despatch information so tried messaging them several times, no reply after a few days so tried telephoning but the number was unavailable. Fortunately I paid with PayPal and they refunded me straight away.
Taken payment for products and not shipped. Phone number and email address don't exist and the chat on the website is not responded to.
Raised a charge back with the bank and informed actionfraud.
