Motorway recovery
I had the misfortune of breaking down on a motorway and Start Rescue swiftly organised a recovery vehicle. They phoned me every 15 minutes to check I was safe and I was able to track the recovery vehicle. I'd recommend Start Rescue to anyone

It’s a great service
It’s a great service which l joined and was recommended by Which. I have no regrets from switching from AA. Value is much better and so far, l have found it to be just as reliable. I would definitely recommend them.

Very Quick Response Time
The recovery person arrived within ten minutes of me logging the breakdown on the app. After identifying the problem which could not be fixed at the roadside, he then drove off and returned with the flatbed and recovered my vehicle to my home.

Great service
Great service. Been with Start Rescue for many years and fortunately never had to use but unfortunately had to on this occasion.
Followed the straightforward instructions on the app and received an instant reply with comprehensive information. The recovery company were with us and the car on the recovery vehicle within the hour. Start Rescue rang at the given recovery time to check that the recovery company were with us .
No complaints on response time and the service we received 👍

Car would not start
Car would not start, needed new battery.phoned in at About 5.30 am. Hammonds came at 8.20. installed battery and we are able to start journey by 9.15 am. Very good service,

First time I have used my cover. My request for help via the app was dealt with promptly and updates were received as to time of arrival of the technician. Help was provided by Bolton Recovery Service who dealt with the issue without delay. From first contact to job completed was inside an hour. Highly recommended. Thank you

Very smooth experience from beginning…
Very smooth experience from beginning to end. Made a call as I was at home and the car would not start. Not urgent, but the friendly mechanic arrived a couple of hours later. Diagnosed a dead battery and replaced it for a good price all in. This is the first time I had to make use of them and I am left impressed.

you never know how good a breakdown…
you never know how good a breakdown service is until you have to call them for a breakdown , honestly they were brilliant - they stayed in touch until the recovery showed up very reassuring, and the recovery service was brilliant too in comparison with the RAC who were awful who nissan recommended !
