Arrived within hour, very helpful & friendly local mechanic/pickup. Took car to garage of our choice, no fuss.

Broke down Saturday evening & car trailored to home. Monday morning found suitable garage to undertake repair. Start Rescue insisted upon charging trailor to garage as only permitted one call out per breakdown. Rediculous as had no choice but to initially get car home for safety.

Arrived in under 45mins. Seamless recovery to home great service

I believe I have already submitted a review just after the breakdown. I have nothing but praise for Start Rescue and recommend them to all my friends. The service is fast, efficient and have continued to support us even when the problem was not able to be fixed on the first call out. The company is just excellent.

Terrible company, left me in the lurch when on holiday in Spain, had to sort breakdown out myself, paid a local garage to sort problem and then told I could claim money by Start Rescue then every excuse possible not to pay claim.
AA and RAC more expensive, but will cost more in the long run

Very quick to answer call 90 mins to get to me office kept in touch every fifteen minutes excellent communication the only improvement I would suggest is to give the drivers my location on a a phone in their cab he was supposed to be with me in 60 mins he couldn’t find me I was in a lay-by a few hundred metres further down the road when I queried why he couldn’t see my location dot a short way away from his location dot he replied we don’t have that it’s only in the office and they tell us where you are surely that can be improved anyway fixed the car in minutes and I was on my way Kevin

car not starting so had to contact Start Rescue and after speaking to a helpful call handler I was advised that someone would attend asap. I was kept informed until the breakdown vehicle arrived not long after my call and got the car started so I could get to my garage for a new battery. This was my first call out and I was pleased with the service

I broke down about 40 miles from home, at the start of a 230 mile journey. A rescue truck was with me within 10 minutes of registering my situation on the Start Rescue app. The breakdown driver was very calm and efficient, friendly and professional. He brought me & my vehicle home safely, and made the whole process as straightforward as possible. I am extremely grateful. This is the first time I have had to make a call. Thank You So Much!

The mechanic was courteous, reassuring and very knowledgeable. Customer service contacted me to check I was happy with the service and if there was anything else I needed. All excellent.

The driver of the truck was very professional, helpful and polite. The issue was sorted very quickly after it was reported.

Start Rescue responded quickly and calmly. Operators are clear and kind when taking details and explaining the service. Operators also offered good safety advice and encouragement, so that I did not feel anxious. The arrangement with local business worked well and help came quickly and was polite and effective. Mechanic arrived quickly. Fixed it quickly. Couldn’t have been better.

When needed i got a quick response. Was kept updated regularly about recovery time, and asked if we were ok. Very calming to know that somebody is aware that you are in trouble and is getting you help. Customer services were exceptional, i was shaken by breakdown but time was taken to make sure we were fine and understood the information that was relayed to us. Very professional .knew exactly what was needed and communication was top notch.. Well done.

Start rescue is a very reasonably priced breakdown company.
I broke down today thermostat not working.
They came within time stated. Found problem and, because it needed to be towed, arranged a taxi for me as I'm unable to get into cab of recovery van.
Cannot fault this company or Goldstone's, who recovered my vehicle

Excellent service throughout, including regular calls from the control centre to check I was ok. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
