Excellent customer service offered but would request that your onboarding system be more specific to the type of application offered. For instance, I couldn’t complete the identification process because the wrong information was sent over to me. This was however resolved after a few telephone conversations with the assigned solicitor.

It's all about the commitment and feelings, since the beginning of our first house purchase "Stark Uberoi " made us feel we are on safe hands already but i need to mention about "Mehek Arora" who take care of us like a family and without any hesitation her professionalism and precise work made us happy on every stage of process. Leasehold enfranchisement
I instructed the firm to carry out a leasehold enfranchisement and after 15 months of exceptionally slow service (not responding to emails, not returning phone calls) and having to point out errors in the formal notices they did draft, I took the work elsewhere.
Even going through their formal complaint process they were slow and uncommunicative.
One time I did get hold of the paralegal dealing with my case I was told that my matter was not a priority, but he would get back to me later that week - and then nothing for 3 + weeks.
I am sympathetic that things can get in the way, some tasks take longer than anticipated, but the total 'radio silence' in response to my emails did not make me feel like I was a valued client in any way

Both Regina and Punika were great. I used them on my previous property sale and didn’t hesitate to go back to them with my purchase this time. The work was carried out swiftly and efficiently throughout. I’ve already recommended them to others and will happily do so again.

Punika was our solicitor who sold our home. She was a very understanding and supportive-natured person. I have Learning Difficulties and this was supported at their office on the two visits I had. They printed information out so that I could address matters there and then. Punika spent time with us both and got to know our story and us a people. They showed real customer service in what they do and I would not hesitate to recommend them again.
