I recently used Starck Uberoi Solicitors for a remortgage on one of my properties and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service they provided. From start to finish, they were true professionals.

Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Clear, prompt, and reassuring at every stage. They met the agreed completion date without any issues, which gave us real peace of mind.

This wasn’t a straightforward case either, as it involved additional elements linked to a purchase in Scotland. Despite the added complexity, they managed to cut the overall process time in half, which was hugely appreciated.

Exceptional service from this firm with regard to the sale of a property which was far from straight forward. The entire firm from reception onwards were friendly, professional, great value for money being completely transparent with fees and always responded in a timely way. Saneh and the team provided fantastic service with an approachable manner which made the whole process much less stressful. Dealing with Saneh and her team who were super helpful and efficient in managing the sale of our late mother’s house. It was not a straight forward process because of our buyers who amongst other issues had to change solicitors mid way and we required a land registry restriction lifted but we trusted Saneh who dealt with all queries very professionally and in a timely manner.

I instructed Punika for my remortgaging and to end the Help To Buy Equity loan on my flat, and she was excellent throughout. I would have liked to receive an initial advice letter setting out the expected time frames and key stages of my matter as I didn’t know what to expect, but I raised this with them and they called me promptly and explained it to me clearly. They were very professional throughout.

The worst solicitors I have ever used in 30 years of doing business. I was carrying remortgaging of a large number of properties and the mistakes they made were constant. Their level of incompetence is truly staggering.
No point in complaining as senior partners don’t even answer emails. I am now taking legal action against this firm. If you want work done correctly and in a timely manner do not use them AT ALL
Paragon the mortgage lenders are also taking action against them and looking to remove them from the panel that’s how bad it was and financial disaster for me
