Well produced staircase, good service
Really pleased with the delivery of the staircase and the product is really good. Well labelled parts and fitting went well. A few pieces have clearly been filled and repaired and its a shame it doesn't come with any screws, even just for the blocks. Generally good service.

Delivered on time
Delivered on time, Easy assembly and installation.
We went for Oak treads and risers and white strings and newel post.

Customer service was spot on even…
Customer service was spot on even helped design my stairs in order to get them perfect as every mm was important in the tight area I had to fit a new set from an old spirle staircase. And every cut was perfect and has gone together with no issues at all 100%spot on

Late delivery, no communication
The delivery time given was 7am - 8am and the driver didn't turn up until 11am.
I had paid my carpenter to be here to take delivery as the instructions stated they needed help, so I had to pay him more for his time.
There was no communication from the company regarding the late delivery. I had to call twice to chase them to find out what was going on.
I was informed by the driver that his truck had broken down, which is understandable, but communication could have been a lot better.
I'm yet to fit the stairs so hoping there are no issues.
