The design and ordering process is really easy. Also had cause to speak to the some of the reps to fine tune the design. They were very helpful. Arrived within 2 weeks. Good value for money. Not installed yet. I dod not select the enhanced packaging option and some elements of the product are basically unwrapped and unprotected so needs to be careful handled and put somewhere safe immediately.

We've just attempted to call you regarding this. We can see in work photos of your order with the correct amount of spindles needed so this would suggest that different spacing has been done.
We always want to get to the bottom of any issues that arise and ensure you have what you need but this does look to be a difference in spacing on site at the moment. We're happy to help you if you do wish to get in touch.
