Actually, i haven’t install the parts yet. But the shipping was really fast.

Excellent experiences

Great company. I needed new screws for my drone, which is not sold on their website. But after an email with one of their staff, I got the screws added to my next order, free of charge! Otherwise, short delivery time.
The only negative experience is that they have been a little slow to respond, both via mail and social media (Facebook, Instagram).

I bought the staaker drone last year and ended up having issues, but the customer service was so great I had to leave a 5 star review. they had a rough patch when they were changing staff since they were bought out, but have been very sincere and customer oriented after they settled. My issue on my drone has been resolved and they have been there every step of the way. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future if they come out with a new drone!

The people at Staaker have always been easy to deal with, extremely fast shipping and for the distance the parts are coming, I consider it a reasonable cost. I will gladly continue to do business with Staaker.

Sure all these reviews are the first few months but how about a year later? This company just cold shoulders you and ignores your email. I have a drone that malfunctioned and absolutely no support for this drone. If they come out with a staaker 2 be very wary of this company. They only look to steal your money and cold shoulder customers after some time

The first few times I used the drone it worked great, then I had a malfunction where it was supposed to return to the take-off area but when I got back it was no where to be found. They made good on it and sent another under warranty. But they were slow to respond, about 2 months. But I do have the second one and it is definitely a good unit, pricey considering it doesn't have collision avoidance or its own camera, but it is not made in China and it is a very fast 55mph. Good for motorsports.
