7 Days ago I ordered 2 Triumph exhaust gaskets and 7 days later I'm still waiting!

Ordered parts on a Wednesday which we showing in stock.
I got a not the following Tuesday that they had been dispatched.
1 week and 3 working days later they have still not arrived.

I purchased a set of Weslake Shorty Pro's for my 2019 ST 1200. The service was 1st class. The pipes were delivered within 2 days of ordering.
The quality of the pipes is average, but so was the purchase price. Part of me thinks I should have spent more for potentially better pipes but 'who knows'. You don't always get what you pay for and these pipes will suffice for now.
Squaredeals have been faultless though. The pipes, I'm not so sure about. Time will tell.

Aye up, ordred several parts from square deals, latest being silencers for a thruxton r .
These arrived next day, and was very well packed.
Can't fault square deals, and will use again, highly recommended.

Ordered 20mm bar risers for my 1200cc Bonnie excellent quality very easy to fit ( apart from getting spanners in a confined space )
Now ordered a rectifier cover and rad cover ,arrived very quickly ,when fitting I discovered the bike already had a rad cover on but I prefered the new one as it has the union flag picked out on the grill so swopped them, good quality stuff very competitive pricing ,arrived via Royal mail, 5 star company will def use again

Although they did not have the part I was looking for, the company replied back almost immediately with a link to another company which had the part.

EBC discs and bolts arrived today, earlier than anticipated. Fitted. Great deal, great discs, great bolts

Just received the dark tint Dart Marlin screen for my Bonneville Speedmaster 1200 this morning. All now fitted and looking GR8 !

The tint is spot on, and I am well pleased......just waiting for the rain to stop so I can go and try it out.

I bought 30mm risers for my 202 Speedmaster,delivery time was impressive and I was notified each step from packing to shipping.
I'm really pleased with the service and the product.

OK, so website is very dated, looks like it was designed in the mid 90's but in fairness they have appear to some decent products for sale.

HOWEVER, forget customer support. The item i bought had fitting no instructions and when i realised it was actually not compatible I contacted them to request a return- that was ages ago and as yet no reply.

Purchased a carbonfibre front fender for a Triumph Thruxton. Sold as fitting a Thruxton or Bonneville. Looks like it was designed for a 21 inch front wheel and looks totaly out of place not matching the curve diameter of the wheel. Emailed Squaredeals and no response.
They're still selling the same item as fitting Thruxton and Bonneville which they must Know it's not suitable for but they just want your money.
Not a recomended retailer.

Wow, was having trouble sourcing some bar risers, everyone was out if stock for the foreseeable future. Someone put me on to square deals, they had the product I needed and it came within a day.

Ihave had two parts from square deals,a alloy bash plate, and weslake power cans, the proucts are of very good quality.good fit.
the cans are awesome and recommend them for street,and others in range.

Squaredeals is very compréhensive and reactive. I complained about the light mounting bracket received a little rusty, and they didn't hesitate to immediately sent another one for free. This would not have happened is a French seller. I will reorder for them for sure!
