Always takes a long time time to deliver, although I am paying extra to deliver from the UK to the country in EU, it takes longer to get than the packages from US....
This company is rock bottom. Everytime they're involved in shipping my ordered goods there are huge delays and other problems. Their tracking service is beyond lousy, it doesn't provide any useful information whatsoever. It's totally incredible how any business can use this delivery company.

Got an email which says I missed my delivery hence I should contact the local spring GDS Warehouse in order for the package not to be sent back however I cant find any conatct for you guys. After one month still not received from UK to Italy nearly one month.
Nothing delivered. Saying missed delivery, but nothing delivered or attempt. I was sat at a desk by the door working for the whole day. It seems someone working there wanted my parcel more than I did but didn’t fancy buying their own.
They do not deserve any star. This is total fraud of the transportation
They do not shipp items at all. They collect them and steal them
They should be brought to justice as honest ppl loose their money
I ordered on the 8/1 and my item is still at Netherlands. Nothing travels a month.
I went to my Australia Post and they took tracking number and told me that this was registered but never handed over to flight so most likely will never come
And seller can’t do anything about it so basically you loos your money

It was supposed to have departed Girona 3 days ago.. it hasn’t arrived with Royal Mail yet but if you email Spring GDS it’s not their responsibility to inform me where it is apparently! Parcel was supposed to arrive yesterday but clearly it’s not even in the UK yet. Useless company.

Most inefficient and inaccessible company I've dealt with. Not a big fan of regulation, but after reading the reviews, shouldn't some type of regulatory entity get involved and put them out of business? It's been several weeks now since my order and there is no way to find out if I'll ever get it.
Frustrating experience, slow “updates” that don’t even give any useful information. Spain to Canada. Parcel has been in Madrid, Paris. Netherlands and since mid December I have No idea where my parcel is, it’s “in transit” Canada Post is waiting for the parcel but hasn’t been given any updates. Still waiting on items to arrive after weeks of waiting.

I have ordered products from China By SHIP and they arrived faster to GR by SHIP ! you could drive to NL with a 50cc motorbike faster than they can with a plane because the plane would get stuck in the clouds or something.

how a company can get away with having no means of contacting them if theres a problem is simply disgraceful and should be made illegal. its nothing short of false advertising - stating you provide a service which you dont honour and then wont speak to the person you have let down. all businesses should be transparent in their communication and fully accountable to their paying customers.
items for my autistic son have sadly fallen into the hands of this bunch of parcel clowns after placing an order overseas... an expensive parcel and one that we desperately needed. Spring GDS should be ashamed. Instead if I follow the thread below, they only respond to anyone leaving them positive reviews......oh my, how that speaks volumes.....

Ordered some parts from tradeinn (Spain) which were not easy to find in the US. After the first failed delivery attempt I received an email from the seller saying Spring GDS may return the package to sender right after the first delivery attempt and suggesting I contact them to prevent this. This means it is a systematic problem. I tried contacting USPS, they were not able to help and the package got returned to sender. No chance to pick it up from the post office - was not held there for a single day. Why? This is exactly opposite of the advertised sustainable delivery. Another question is why tradeinn uses this service at all?
