lost my shipment three times in a row already, somehow all my parcels just mysteriously disappear after arriving in the country this is a scam at this point
Just horrible. They are impossible to contact and redirects you everywhere else, whilst they are the only problem, the "attempted delivery" trick is so pathetic and sad, give me a break.
Got message that my delivery failed in time stamp 14:44 but got the message in time 13:58... Do they live in future?
If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely slow delivery and then when it finally arrived I needed a pin to retrieve item but no emails or texts contained pin so my parcel is in a drop point across the rd and they won't give it to me without a pin. So much time wasted on this! I think companies should say what delivery company they use as that would definitely influence where I buy!
Hi i am waiting on a small parcel to be shipped to me in Ireland from France. Tracking number 6F5100015921 its been 8 working days has passed. stuck in NL transit hub no updates the last week. Its stuck in crossdock status. Will the status update change today Going to be next week at the earliest so that's like 9 to 10 working days. Shocking to think it takes this long. I've never wait 8+ working days for an order from the EU. Be the last time I'll use them. Very poor updates. 48hrs between updates. Unreal. Should leave it to the pros to deliver. DHL UPS to name a few only 3 or 4 days off them.
You quote 6 days max. Well that time has passed. I could have got the boat to France picked it up and be back to Ireland in 60hrs. Don't quote a time frame that you can't meet.
Apparently the driver couldn't make the delivery and didn't leave any delivery note or way of contacting the company to organise receiving my order.
Expensive and slow. On top of that information about the shipping and transition is totally missing or many days after. Is like they use runners to get back to someone in the office that can put in the information. If they at least could start use pigeons for deliver messages, it would make a huge improvement. They moved up the delivery date (yay), but no one home: no note, not left at door/safe space, not taken to collection point (do they have any..?).
"Article returned to sender." -> I contact support of vendor. "They'll send it again on date X."
"Something went wrong when sorting the parcel, it's delayed."
"Delivery on date Y". -> I'm at home all day, no ring no nothing.
Delivery status today "We ran out of time yesterday, new delivery coming soon."
"Oh no, parcel sorted incorrectly..."

Absolute joke of a company. You have no idea where your package is and it will get delayed without fail, no communication, and if you try and email them all you get is an automated response saying contact the sender. Beyond useless, find another carrier
Awaiting a package in Ireland from Germany. The selling company send me a shipping confirmation 24th of July with tracking code 6F5100013649.
On spring website that tracking number since 24th of July has status parcel created only. I’m waiting now for 21 days.
Upon trying to reach spring I got an automated email stating I needed to contact sending company. But they do not reply at all. Stuck in limbo so. Dreadful experience.
Update 28th of August it was delivered.
They say the package is ready to be collected but NEVER say where and how to get it, they also have VERY bad customer support and ACTIVELY try NOT to help you. Should be punished and criminalized and shouldn‘t be allowed in Europe, absolute scam. It‘s amazing how they‘re even allowed to deliver in Europe out of all places, where Customer rights are protected under many laws.
The most unhelpful service I have ever used. I will never buy from a company that uses this service. The dont deliver the product, say they do, with a photo of the package in a dark unidentifiable place and claim its delivered - when you ask for help they says its nothing to do with them SCAMMERS
I ordered a seatpost and all of the sudden a week after the delivery expectancy, they said the package was unable to be delivered. It should’ve been here by now. They told me to contact them, or else the package would be returned. I also still haven’t gotten my money back from them.
I bought a dog from Florida. the lady shiped it. Thats when the fun started. They told me I had to pay $800.00 and it would be refunded. well I payed it. Then they told me because the dog had to stay it was going into quarteen. well after that they told me I would have to pay $450 more, so I did. then they said because I was so rude I would have to pay another $450.so I did. then they said because it took me so long to get it I would have to come up with more. well I am on SS, I am 76 years old. it took me a long time to save that kind of money & they took it all. I will never get my money or my dog. thay took a lot of money from me & I still don't have my dog.

Package came on time, always updated on where the package is. However, the package on Spring GDS is still "on delivery" and I only knew that the package was delivered because I got a call from the local carrier (Portugal was the country of destination). 4 stars.

I placed an order in Cult Beauty on May 2nd. The parcel arrived in the Netherlands on May 6th and until this day (May 15th) still is marked as departed from the Netherlands with no updates. It was supposed to arrive from 13-15 May and is simply not moving! I don't think it takes more than 9 days to go from there to Italy! I've never had ANY problems with any carrier, but in my first ever order with Cult Beauty - with an event on May 22nd, when I need my products - I simply have no idea where they are! And I spent over 100 euros on that... Terrible!
