No GPS. No useful customer service assistance.

Avoid.

I received my Spotter GPS watch last Tuesday (6 days ago). I have been trying to get GPS working on it since then. I have made contact with them 3 times (Twice last Tuesday and again on Friday) but have received nothing of note in response from them.

The suggestion I got when I asked if emails to me could be sent in english was: "I hope you've managed to resolve this issue, perhaps by using Google Translate." So, they want me to resolve their issue about using the incorrect language for a customer... Also, they ignored my query about how to get GPS to function correctly despite having asked it now 3 times in total. Avoid.

It's a beautiful and wonderful watch…

It's a beautiful and wonderful watch with many features, but its only drawback is that when my child sends me an SOS alert, the phone never sounds. I've tried downloading the watch app from multiple phones, but the problem persists.

Terrible customer service

We bought a spotter for my father, who has dementia, but when it arrived, it was impossible to connect the geolocation. Getting in touch with them is nearly impossible—there’s only one way to contact them, through the form on their website. Despite submitting several claims to request a refund for the top-ups made to a device we were never able to use (and which was returned), we have never received any response. It’s unacceptable.

Products returned. Terrible quality. The watch blocks all the time, stops charging and the location is far from accurate.Hope to get my money back!

Extremely poor customer service leaving vulnerable customer high and dry

We purchased a Spotter GPS watch for my father in law who has dementia and had started to go walking on his own. We were initially pleased to have some peace of mind, although I would add we realised you have to keep logging into the app regularly otherwise it won't update you on their movements. After a year or so the charger for the watch broke. It is a specific type of charger so not one we can just purchase. We were extremely disappointed when we contacted Spotter GPS. They were extremely unhelpful and refused repeatedly to sell us a new charger or to give us information what type of charger it was because we were based in the UK and they have now made the decision to stop selling in the UK (assumedly because of Brexit). They were happy to sell to my mother in law but have now left her high and dry with a gps watch they cannot use. We are extremely disappointed and think their service has been extremely poor.
