No GPS. No useful customer service assistance.
Avoid.
I received my Spotter GPS watch last Tuesday (6 days ago). I have been trying to get GPS working on it since then. I have made contact with them 3 times (Twice last Tuesday and again on Friday) but have received nothing of note in response from them.
The suggestion I got when I asked if emails to me could be sent in english was: "I hope you've managed to resolve this issue, perhaps by using Google Translate." So, they want me to resolve their issue about using the incorrect language for a customer... Also, they ignored my query about how to get GPS to function correctly despite having asked it now 3 times in total. Avoid.
